Location of the hotel was great , atmosphere is 👍👍 .. rooms is clean and most catch my eyes is every rooms still have tea set so is great if u want to have a tea in your rooms at night.. hotel also manage to have arrange all my booking together at one level which make me very easy to take care my elderly relatives..breakfast not bad but replenish was bit slow.. overall we are very happy with our stay there , will surely book again if we are going next round for our yearly visit to Xiamen!

After arriving, the luggage was arranged properly, and the facilities in the room were carefully introduced. Daily greetings during the stay, help to book the teppanyaki and dinner positions, thoughtful but keep a distance, and have a good sense of propriety. The room has a welcome fruit plate, a large barrel of natural mineral water, Anxi specialty Tieguanyin, and health sweet soup and desserts every night. The mini bar in the room has free drinks and snacks, and the atmosphere is not stingy. The hotel environment is like a paradise. Each villa has two bedrooms with their own independent and private indoor and outdoor hot spring pools, which is convenient and relaxing. The hotel also arranges children's handcraft activities regularly. The sister is gentle and patient, and the handcrafts vary in difficulty, so both big and small children can enjoy it. The hotel breakfast is very exquisite and full of local characteristics. 6 kinds of tea, freshly ground soy milk, freshly popped popcorn, and freshly made waffles are all children's favorites. The price of Teppanyaki dinner is in line with first-tier cities, but the ingredients and craftsmanship are also online, so it is still recommended. It is the right choice to take Qingshuiyan as the terminal of Quanzhou tour. The hotel is very beautiful, the facilities are complete, there are many things for children to play, they played go-karts, the public hot spring area is also very comfortable, it is a bit difficult to take children up the hill to soak in the hot spring, but the scenery on the mountain is really unique. It is suggested that the staff in the hot spring area can be distributed evenly and reasonably, otherwise it is difficult to see staff in some places, which will make the service seem unable to keep up. There are buffets and hot pots in the evening. The service staff can still keep up with the demand, but the food is not very delicious. Only shrimps and shellfish are slightly better, and the others are a little cheap. The only iced drink is cola. It is suggested that the food does not need to be made so much, but the quality must be guaranteed. I believe that everyone who comes here to play is looking forward to it, and the same is true for breakfast. The reception staff of other shuttle buses are very enthusiastic and will ask if we need to take us where to go. The hot spring is still very authentic, and the skin is very smooth after the bath. Check-in process was swift. Hassle free. Front desk staff on duty in the evening is very polite and is always smiling. Housekeeping : There is a big room for improvement. Floor wasn't cleaned. Felt as though it wasn't swept. I would prefer a cleaner floor as weather is cold and we were wearing socks and hair was stucked to my socks. Toilet paper wasnt refilled. Tea set wasnt washed. Amenities : Washer and clothes dryer need regular maintenance. There were many black stain on my white clothes after washing and drying. The shelf in the toilet loosen while my son was using the toilet and the towels fell on him..🤣 The Coffee machine at the lobby is god given especially when we need a coffee perk. Cant get coffee around this around. Good to display operating instructions beside the machine. Location: Very convenient. There is a supermarket down the street and food street nearby.

Unexpectedly, when I arrived at the store before 8 o'clock, the classmates at the front desk helped me check in, so I could rest for a while. , thumbs up!
