There are many customized services with a sense of quality. We stayed in Yunmen Villa. We saw our surname on the door as soon as we entered. Welcome fruit plate, mini bar drinks, good night desserts, clean small courtyard. The details are very good. There are some activities to participate in the hotel every day. Unfortunately, we checked in late. We only participated in a treasure hunt. The children especially liked it. The outdoor hot spring pool is also reserved. One room, one pool. So it is very private. For those who like to relax, cultivate their body and mind, and have strong privacy. Just want to drink tea, copy the Heart Sutra, and do handmade hot springs, this place is highly recommended. But if you still want more facilities and more activities, this place is not suitable. For example, there is no gym and no amusement facilities. There is only one outdoor swimming pool, and it is not constant temperature water. The area around the hotel is very rural, and there is basically no other place to go. I feel that they pay more attention to quality. However There are two points that I complain about here. One is that the service is not proactive. We were carrying a lot of luggage when we left, but the waiter saw it from a distance and did not come to help in time. The other is that when we ate at the Chinese restaurant, we found that the price list of some dishes was higher when we paid the bill. The waiter explained that it was because the menu was a single price, and we had a lot of people so we had to multiply it by 1.5. This explanation is very far-fetched. I understand that if it is necessary, it can be marked on the price list or explained when ordering dishes. However, the behavior of raising the price privately at the checkout will lose goodwill because many people will not look at the price of individual items carefully. I am also a family member who suddenly saw a green vegetable for more than 80 yuan. I asked me and I found out that for a hotel with such a high-end positioning, the restaurant charges high prices or service fees. It is understandable that guests can dine according to their wishes. However, if it is in this way, it is really lame. Overall, I am still satisfied with the positioning and service of this hotel. However, if it is positioned as a luxury hotel, the service may need to be strengthened.

Check-in process was swift. Hassle free. Front desk staff on duty in the evening is very polite and is always smiling. Housekeeping : There is a big room for improvement. Floor wasn't cleaned. Felt as though it wasn't swept. I would prefer a cleaner floor as weather is cold and we were wearing socks and hair was stucked to my socks. Toilet paper wasnt refilled. Tea set wasnt washed. Amenities : Washer and clothes dryer need regular maintenance. There were many black stain on my white clothes after washing and drying. The shelf in the toilet loosen while my son was using the toilet and the towels fell on him..🤣 The Coffee machine at the lobby is god given especially when we need a coffee perk. Cant get coffee around this around. Good to display operating instructions beside the machine. Location: Very convenient. There is a supermarket down the street and food street nearby.
