Hygiene: There are hairs on the towels in the bathroom
Environment: Average, surrounded by entertainment venues
Service: Very poor attitude, ignored when changing rooms
Facilities: The facilities are quite complete
I booked it for a friend. It was really embarrassing to tell my friend when they checked in.

I always stay in this hotel when I come to Anxi. This hotel has been in Anxi for many years, but the rooms have been renovated. I specially picked a room with a lake view. At night, I open the curtains and enjoy the lake view. It is so comfortable.

The facilities are already old and needless. I hope they can be updated soon. The KTV downstairs is really too noisy. I wouldn’t live here if it wasn’t close to home.

The hotel may be in disrepair. The room hygiene is average, the environment is poor, the walls are covered with scratches, and the most outrageous thing is that the double room only has one plug at the bedside.
