早上八點去吃酒店早餐，沒想到已經空空如也，一樣吃的都沒有，連豆漿都沒有。退房的時候前台還想讓我好評一下，我説我想投訴的，因為今天早上的早餐空空如也。前台給我的解釋是因為有旅行團入住。可是明知道有旅行團入住，為什麼不多準備一點早餐？別的房客就不用吃了嗎？這樣也影響到了我的出行體驗啊，花了同樣的錢住酒店，卻沒享受到該有的待遇。挺無語的，請明明掛名如家酒店，卻很多方面沒達標，跟之前我住的如家差別太大了！

按着導航去酒店，結果那邊是個停車場，繞了三圈才進去，打電話給酒店説讓我多滴下喇叭，我第一次過去的時候滴了兩下，開門都不開，房間二十來平，停車是方便，衞生還行，早上九點多，隔壁房間阿姨打掃絮絮叨叨，直接醒了

平台上預訂的雙床房，到了酒店拿了房卡，上樓找房間結果是酒店通道最盡頭的一間，然後我下樓找前台更換一下，結果前台告訴我是最後一個房間更換不了，那假如我預訂好了4間雙床房，你店家這樣操作就是赤裸裸的商業欺詐消費者，什麼叫最後一個房間，你這是明明在欺騙消費者，沒有這種户型就別掛在網上騙人，請各位看觀一定要注意這家店，提醒預訂前諮詢一下房間在什麼位置，我個人是不喜歡最後或是最前面的房間的，我喜歡在中間的位置，謝謝啦
