Excellent service, Beautiful setting and very sweet staff: Zaky, Nimasha, Saduni, Lahiru and all the others. Nature and wildlife is highly respected as part of a whole community. Dogs are well kept within the same hotel premises, bird nests given their due importance in front of each guest room, whereas chipmunks can roam around freely. Thanks for your immense hospitality.

The room was not checked properly. The first one who took out his ears turned out to be dismantled and used. Secondly, the water was not 24 hours hot. The shower was not hot at night. Thirdly, there were no disposable toothbrushes and slippers in the room, which was not used until checkout. The price is reasonable, the hotel welcomes you warmly, but there are many tricks. If you don’t order water for dinner, your mouth will definitely dry up. And they are all charged in US dollars. There are many interlocking tricks. Maybe your expectations are too high at first.

Second visit to this amazing resort with the family, and thoroughly enjoyed the two night stay. The staff are well trained, welcoming and ever so eager to assist. The General Manager Dimuthu also made an extra effort to make our stay comfortable. Plenty of activities including bicycle rides, kayaking, archery, horse rides or if you want to relax, can do so in the comfort of the private plunge pool! The rooms are well maintained and the service levels are at the highest level. Food is amazing. Will surely come back. Thank you for the amazing experience and keep it up!

The hotel rooms are basically two-story wooden detached houses with a very good environment, just like in the forest. The staff is very welcoming, the hotel facilities are great, the pool is beautiful, the buffet breakfast and dinner are plentiful. It's not too far to live here after watching Lion Rock.

The hotel was very well decorated and looked new . Food was great so ate too much . The staff were excellent, Manoj madhushanka was very helpful and gave excellent service. The location very near to lake nuwarawewa so easy stroll to here . All in all very Good All in all very good 👌

The hotel is located in Anuradhapura, with beautiful pagoda ruins visible across a large lake. The environment of the hotel is quite beautiful, and the swimming pool is also very good. The supply of buffet breakfast is not stable. We stayed for 4 nights in a row. Breakfast was buffet breakfast on two days and set meal on two days. The explanation given by the hotel was that the buffet breakfast was not open because the tour bus had left and there were too few people. Anyway, it’s quite interesting to have a traditional Sri Lankan breakfast. Picture 1 is the set breakfast we had (the portions were huge), and Pictures 2 and 3 are the buffet breakfast.

Our 2 night stay at the Ivy Lake was wonderful. The rooms are super clean, spacious and the friendliness of the staff was the icing on top of the cake, our children loved them! All super friendly and helped us plan trips to the near by sacred city and a safari at competitive prices. They also have an attached outdoor coffee shop type area where you can take your breakfast and meals. They also serve smoothies and very nice coffee. It's super close to the railway (2minute) so this made our travels easier. Highly recommended, no complaints

Water garden is a beautiful resort to get away from the hustle bustle of Colombo. Special shout-out to Gihan who was looked into our every need during our stay. Cheers for an excellent service. We were offered a scenic and an informative board ride during which the naturalist gave an insight to the property as well as it's surroundings. Many thanks to Sabrina who ensured that we were well looked after. Rooms were beautifully designed in such a way that guest privacy is maintained and keep the guests engaged with nature.
