This is an absolutely charming boutique hotel. It is in a historic building but has blended modern and traditional decor very successfully. We had a very spacious bedroom and the bathroom had a separate lavatory, bath and walk in shower. Breakfast is an excellent self-service buffet of fresh fruit, bread, cereals and limited cooked breakfast. There are tea and coffee making facilities in the breakfast area during the day. The owner Sandy and her staff are truly delightful and helpful and found us super restaurants for lunch and dinner. It is in an excellent location.

This is a lovely unique hotel. The owner has put a lot of care and attention to the decor and it works well. Our room was spacious with a mini bar/fridge (no kettle). The bed was comfy with lovely fresh crisp sheets and we slept well. We paid extra for the secure parking (€25) and we noticed EV charging too. Breakfast was good with plenty of options and more than enough for your day ahead. Reception were welcoming on arrival and informative and we had a lovely chat with the hotel owner on our departure. We would stay here again.

This hotel was small, quite beautiful convenient. Breakfast buffet was beautifully orchestrated, and tasty. My room was gorgeous. This hotel wanted me to come back to Antwerp and experience, the whole trip and the room again and again. The staff was friendly and helpful.

Fantastic. A real welcome by the great boss et her staff. Beautifull house , nice room, great food, Exceptionnal and absolutely to recommand. 10/10 Une expérience, un accueil qui personnel, humain , la patronne est quasi maternante. Très belles maison. Bref pout tout ceux qui en on marre des chaînes impersonnelles. Un vrai confort

Unique, charming, great location. But be warned that standard room, in back, is not charming at all. We ended up with a modified suite, which was terrific. Not inexpensive, but a memorable experience. Staff is friendly and helpful, breakfast buffet excellent, design elements unique. If you have trouble with stairs, however, the levels of the building are uneven. A few stairs even post-elevator. Highly recommended.

We really enjoyed our stay here. The staff were very attentive, the room was lovely and the bed was large and comfortable. Breakfast here is largely an excellent cold buffet with a couple of hot choices including scrambled eggs and bacon which were freshly made and we couldn’t fault it. If visiting Antwerp again we would definitely stay here for sure. Thank you for a wonderful stay.

This stays, by far, the nicest city center hotel I’ve ever come across. First: location. Jam smack in the middle of Antwerp city centre close to the Schelde river. Parking: when arriving from abroad, it is just really really nice you can leave the car safely in their parking on their own premises. The owners are super nice, friendly and caring. The rooms are beautiful and well isolated. We will keep coming back here time and time and time again…..

The hotel is beautiful, the decor is fantastic, and the staff is friendly and accommodating. Highlights were a beautiful room, secure and covered parking, cocktails in the lounge, and delicious breakfast on the quaint patio. Our plans were affected due to an airline issue and the staff took care of the situation. Sandy made sure everything was as good as could be.

We had a wonderful night at this conveniently located hotel during our stopover in the heart of Old Antwerp. On-site private parking was a super plus! Our rooms were spacious and comfortable, and beautifully decorated. What made our stay even more great was the exceptional service by Sedrick at the front desk- he made us feel right at home with his warm reception and we are grateful- we will definitely stay here again the next time we are in Antwerp! ☺️🇧🇪

We had the pleasure to stay in the most beautiful t´Sandt Hotel for the second time. By arrival we were welcomed by the Hotel Manager, Mrs. Cannuyer, who showed as around and told us about the recent complete renovation of all rooms. This time we stayed in the Duplex Room which features an antique staircase. The t´Sandt Hotel is all about love to detail: elegant, stylish and yet charming the lobby in tones of neutral reds as well as the lovely garden terrace where we enjoyed our breakfast this morning, It s all made to make feel guests at home. A cosy, relaxed atmosphere yet chic; we enjoyed a wonderful breakfast with fresh fruit salad, lovely choice of bread, perfect coffee and everything you wd wish for. The location is just in walking distance to the Grote Markt and the old town as well as to trendy Het Zuid quarter with antique shops, super fashion stores and the best of Museums like the KMSK . There is so much to explore. We will come back soon. Highly recommended!

PROS: Great breakfast. Very clean. Helpful staff. Interesting room (The Windsor.) Great location. Comfortable bed. CONS: Access to our room required stairs even after taking the elevator, and the room had a stair just inside the door that was easy to forget when entering at night. Vintage door lock required carrying around a heavy key with an enormous tassel fob, and the door had to be locked with the key from the inside, so when I left with the key, I had the choice of leaving my wife in an unlocked room or locked into our room. No towel bars or hooks whatsoever. The safe and the phone in our room were both inoperable, and multiple requests to the staff for repairs were not acted upon.

This hotel is in a good location, a short walk from the old town with lots of bars and restaurants nearby. Best of all its very quiet, which I was amazed by. We always sleep with the window open and it was very peaceful. We paid extra for a superior room, which was spacious with a lovely big bed. The bathroom was a bit disappointing, there was only a shower not a bath. A few little things would’ve a difference such as complimentary bottled water and some conditioner (for some reason we only had shampoo which was a pain when I washed my hair). I had an issue on the 2nd morning when the key snapped off in the lock. However it was quickly sorted and not as stressful as it could’ve been if we hadn’t of been able to get into our room for hours. The staff here are all very friendly and willing to help. Overall it’s a nice hotel and I would recommend it. It wasn’t cheap, 230 euros a night, but I’ve no idea how this compares to other Antwerp hotels because I haven’t compared.

Lovely place with very good vibes, antic interior and fantastic location next to old centrum and amazing Kloosterstraat. Clean, beautiful, authentic. Tasty variable breakfast. Very friendly, helpful, lovely people working there. I was alone and I dis not feel alone. I lived this place. Highly recommended!
