We loved our stay at the Sapphire House! The room was very clean, spacious and beautifully designed. We also loved the location as it is was centrally located in Antwerp, yet on a quiet street. Would definitely recommend this hotel.

This is a delightful hotel, so close to the center of everything. The room is very well appointed, excellent sound proof, high quality mattress.

We booked 4 rooms for our family tour and we had a great stay at Sapphire House. The rooms were cosy, clean and quiet. The breakfast was amazing with on-demand hot dish menu prepared for you! Front desk staff were very helpful and arranged a van for our group to commute to the station. The team was well diverse with Chinese speaking front desk staff as well. Highly recommend this hotel!

Beautiful and sparkling new and clean hotel! Great service lovely products and a good stay.
My Only comment was that the ‘plant based’ kitchen offered real bacon and eggs for breakfast. Stick to your principles! This felt very unauthentic.

Great hotel in the city center, within walking distance of all shops and cafes. Large rooms with a large bathroom! Expensive gym! Delicious breakfast!
But a very uncomfortable bed and so stuffy in the room.

The location is in a quiet lane. You can't see anyone else when you walk in at night. But the hotel is a three-minute walk to the commercial street. 15 minutes to the central train station. The hotel is beautiful. The breakfast is just so-so + not enough staff. No other problems

The hotel facilities are good, but the service is hard to describe. If you don't try hard for each request, the first response is no. If you want to change the room, they said there is no room. After trying hard, they changed it. If you want to add a quilt, they said there is no room. After trying hard, they got it.
