Good location, friendly reception service,cozy environment

The hotel is fabulously well placed, it is right next to the central station and this saves a lot of difficulty with luggage! This particular establishment needs a little maintenance. As you enter into the building, the carpets/mats are filthy and the paint is chipped off in many locations giving a rundown look. Reception was clearly overrun and requires extra workers, although the girl working upon my arrival did a fantastic job despite some particularly awkward tour guides hassling for attention! The room was not up to standard cleaning wise. No mattress protector! - This should be grounds for admonishment over anything else. If I stayed at a four or five star establishment without mattress protectors, I would refuse the room ordinarily. It is simply not hygienic. The balcony on my room had clearly not been cleaned in a very long time and there was an ashtray overflowing along with cotton buds and wrappers.

The location was perfect for us. There were the train station, metro lines and buses just next to the hotel. The room was spacious. Beside that, our room was not really clean... We found paper on the floor when we entered the bedroom upstairs, the cups and mugs were dirty (there was dried toothpaste at the bottom of them) and the cap of the bottle of water, which was complementary, was apparently rust since the top of the glass bottle was all red/black. It's convenient for 1 night or 2 but I wouldn't stay longer.

Facilities were excellent. Just quite noisy from the hallway / other rooms.

Very nice hotel, close to train and Metro. Room with heater and aircon, coffee machine everything you need is ready. Will be back to this hotel if we go Antwerpen again,

The location is great, right next to the Central Station and 3 minutes walk from Chinatown. The hotel is clean and the service attitude is good. The parking garage feels like a test of the driver's skills.

The hotel is located in a very suitable location for shopping people, there are many restaurants, and it is next to the train station and Chinatown. It is worth recommending! The only thing that is not ideal is that the room is a bit small and the breakfast selection is not particularly rich!

This is the best hotel among the 13 hotels on my trip to Europe, and the price is very affordable. It was my first time to go to Antwerp, and the room I was assigned to at holidayinn on the first day was particularly bad. I originally booked it for two days, so I decided to change it at the last minute. Then at 8:00 in the morning, I went to the front desk of this hotel to discuss with them. I asked if I could check in earlier because their original check-in time was 3 p.m. They received me warmly and checked me in before 12 o'clock. Then they asked me if I wanted a high floor or a room with a view. The room I was assigned was simply amazing. It was on a corner. You can see the most beautiful train station, Central Station. Then there are three swivel chairs and sofas in the room, as well as a capsule coffee machine. Very, very satisfied. When I left, I told them that I would recommend your hotel to all my Chinese friends. And the paintings in their corridors are also very beautiful. This hotel is so artistic, and the price is cheaper than other hotels. Very nice, thank you beyond words. It would be great if every hotel was as good as theirs, and then I can't say enough about other hotels.

The room is very big and the waiters are very nice. It is right opposite the station. There is a restaurant and bar on the first floor, which is very convenient! The price of more than 600 is not bad! The quilt and pillows were just not very comfortable and the towels were very old! The shampoo works great. Drinking water and coffee are free in limited quantities.

The room is not big and feels like a mezzanine, the floor is very noisy when walking, the corridor is very narrow, two people can't pass each other, the bathroom is very small, and it has a sliding glass door. The location is good, very close to the train station.

Next to the central train station, it is very convenient to various attractions in the city. There is a private parking lot downstairs, but the location is very narrow.
