It's so beautiful! Every detail is perfect! The breakfast is great, the restaurant is great, and there is also a Finnish sauna; I recommend it!

I’ve traveled all over the world and this is by far one of the most special places I have ever stayed. The staff truly made this hotel feel like a sanctuary. Antoine, Wilhelmina, and Gonzo were just a few of the many people working there that made this experience exceptional. The architecture, the history, the tranquility…this exceeded all expectations. I can’t wait to come back. I really hope one day I can!

Beautiful location, very central to museums and others key areas. Amazing old hospital that is nicely renovated and decorated. Top of line restaurants and spa and fitness facility. The rooms are tiny for the price and category but the bathrooms are nicely organized. Many of the customer facing staff members do not speak Dutch which is embarrassing for the venue as clearly many customers do speak Dutch. Signs are often just in English even when involving safety. Suggests the place should enhance customer orientation.

One of, if not the best hotel experience I’ve ever had. The hotel itself was immaculate, the staff exceeded expectations with their service/level of care - I cannot think of a single thing they could improve on. Exceptional!

Amazing property in the heart of Antwerp. The gardens create a true oasis amongst the busy city. Super enjoyed the room, the service, the SPA and the restaurants. Special thanks to Head Concierge Antoine... he is extraordinary! I cannot wait to return.

My stay in this hotel was really amazing. Everything is so beautifully done, the location and buildings make this place idyllic. A place to relax in the heart of the city. The breakfast at this hotel is something you’ve never experienced in any other place, the I’ve ever had before!
