Warning! Do Not Book! I booked this apartment, intending to receive codes to open the door to the building and another code for the apartment. At 3:30 PM, we hadn't received them, even though the check-in time was at 4:00 PM. So, I called them, and initially, they said they had no record of my booking at all. But when I provided the apartment number mentioned in the email, suddenly, they found my name and sent the codes via SMS. We headed to the building to rest after our journey. However, we couldn't enter the building as the keypad wasn't functional—it didn't make any sound or light up. We called them again to explain the situation. Their response was that they had to wait for the technicians to respond about when they could come and fix it. I explained that we were standing outside the apartment with our luggage and two small children, while it was pouring rain. We stood there for an hour, making multiple calls, and they kept saying that I had to wait for the technicians to provide an answer before they could do anything. They didn't know when that would be, meaning it could take several hours. It was extremely disappointing that they couldn't immediately open the door or send someone to let us in while waiting for their technician. Consequently, we had to quickly book another room just to have a place to stay with our children.
