Good budget hotel, bathroom/shower is quiet cramped however

Studio was not clean, towels were not very clean, kitchen utensils were dirty, walls were so thin could hear conversations of people in other studios.

Good value for money
Good value for money and walking distance from the centre. Really nice to have kitchen facilities (though limited). The cleaning however wasn’t top notch and we for sure heard mice in the walls at least once.

Nice studio apartment with coffee and tea but no kettle to boil the water which was very bizarre!! Noisy in the evening as it is right on a main street and you hear a lot of drunks going by talking nonsense.

設備は揃っている。立地と周辺環境も比較的良い。しかし、次の点で支持できない。
ａ 隣室遮音
滞在中毎日（夜）隣室の二人（男性？）の会話と笑い声が筒抜けだった。壁はふかし
壁で遮音対策されていないようだ。
ｂ Ｗｉｆｉ
宿泊室で使えるゲスト用Ｗｉｆｉの速度は、０．０〜４．０Ｍｂｐｓでほぼ非実用的。
スタッフ用Ｗｉｆｉを紹介されたけれどほぼ変わらなかった。
おそらく、Ｖルーターからの距離（地上階に設置のみ？）が遠く、接続されている回線（通信
サービス）も容量が低いと思われる。
ｃ 建具木部、特に下部の腐食
ｄ シャワー支柱のガタつき、緩み。
ｅ 電源（延長タップ）不足。
ｆ 高所設置の電子レンジ
ｇ テレビの視聴可能チャンネルが少ない。
暖房と給湯は必要十分に快適だった。冷房は不明。自室洗濯した場合の乾燥手段（浴室ヒーター）がなかったので、小型ファンヒーターと扇風機で代用したけれど良く乾いた。
スタッフとはＷｈａｔｓＡｐｐで連絡して比較的応答は良かった。受付スタッフは非常に礼儀正しくかつ、親愛で良いと思う。
ただし、基本的な施設・設備の不具合等はそれだけでは解決できない。
この後、航空会社マイレージでブリュッセルのCondo Gardens を利用しているけれど、Ｗｉｆｉに関してはだいぶ良い。隣室遮音は誰もいないのか遮音が良いのかわからない、
その他の部分は良し悪し拮抗といったところ。
