all good except i left my swim goggle in the changing room, this was my fault and unfortunately no one returned it the 'lost & found'. This hotel remains at top of lists in my choice to stay in Anterp.

Nice hotel , good location for first time coming , very easy access to everything around, food , markets everything at walking distance , very good Would love to visit same hotel on my next visit soon

Good location. Staffs were very helpful. Room is big and clean. Breakfast was excellent!

Stayed for two nights. One night I was given the worst room in the hotel. They said they had no room, but later I was given a room with the best location in the hotel. The other night I was given a room facing the train station with a good view. The only regret about the hotel is that the parking space is not only difficult to park, but there is no parking space either. I had to park in another public parking lot for two nights.

This hotel is the worst I've ever stayed in the world. When I checked in, the front desk gave me a lower-level room than when I booked it. When I found out that I refused to receive the room card, my attitude was extremely bad, and it was clear that I didn't care about bullying people. After negotiating, the hotel has the room type that I booked, and didn't even apologize after giving it to me. There is only one elevator in the hotel, and it is too scary to go up and down the stairs, especially when eating breakfast. You have to climb the stairs

Close to train station, city center, very close to Chinatown. Easy to travel. The hotel has complete facilities and the rooms are also good.

Super helpful and welcoming staff, from front desk to breakfast and housekeeping. Great room, full breakfast. Very appreciable warm swimming pool, opened without extra fee with large opening time.
