Great hostel, literally 20m for main train station and less than 100 m from town centre, tv and en-suite shower and bath.

Very good location. However, the carpet in the room was a bit dirty and sticky. For the price can't complain too much.

Dear Sir or Madam, I am writing to request a full refund for my reservation for the night of June 13th, booked approximately one month ago under. As agreed at the time of booking, the payment was made on-site upon my arrival on June 13th with my debit card (Bancontact). However, I was extremely disappointed with the condition of the hotel. Upon entering the building, I found the common areas to be unsanitary. I hoped the room would be better, but unfortunately, that was not the case. After checking in, I immediately noticed a strange odor in the elevator. The hallways were also dirty. Upon entering my assigned room, I found the floor to be unclean with trash left on the ground. Furthermore, the room was significantly smaller than I had anticipated. Due to these significant hygiene and comfort issues, I could not stay in the room. I immediately went back down to the reception desk just a few minutes after checking in to explain the situation and state that I would not be staying. I returned the key cards to the receptionist and left the premises. Since I did not stay in the room or use any of the hotel's overnight facilities, I kindly request a full refund for the payment made. I am available for any further questions you may have. Hairs in the shower, like a man shaved before we were there. the bed was terrible, the worst pillows I’ve heard been in , and there’s a lot of hobos outside the hotel so I don’t know if you want that.

Excellent place to stay when on route. Very close to Central station and many shops and restaurants. Chinese food in the China street is a big recommendation for Asian food lovers. Corridors and rooms feel a bit boring though.... Could use some decorations.

A&O Antwerpen Centraal in perfectly located next to the main station, and near to the coaches at Rooseveltplats. We arrived to find that our single beds were attached together, and after splitting them apart, we found that there was food dirt and a toothpick on the floor. There were also numerous stains and ants in the room. We liked the comfiness of the beds and the shower was very good. We would stay here again.
