The service was really good. Special kudos to the 管家小姐姐 and 小韩师傅. Service was top notch and you can really feel warmth as if going home.

The hotel is located in the centre of town, within walking distance to lots of amazing restaurants, the family room is also quite spacious so definitely a great place to stay for families with young kids. The only downside is that there isn’t any hot spring within the hotel

This stay at [hotel name] was great! The location is excellent, with all kinds of food and attractions nearby, and it is super convenient to travel.
When I entered the hotel, the lobby was exquisitely decorated and elegant, and the front desk staff was warm and thoughtful, and I checked in quickly. The room was clean and warm, the bedding was comfortable, and I had a good night's sleep. The bathroom was separated into dry and wet areas, and the toiletries were of high quality.
The hotel had a rich breakfast, with a combination of Chinese and Western food. The fitness facilities were complete, and the swimming pool was clean. The service staff was on call and solved the problem quickly. The overall cost-effectiveness was high, and I would come again next time!
