前台員工素質極低，尤其年齡大的服務態度極差，接電話不會好好説話，酒店明明提供接站，非得讓自己聯繫，聯繫酒店，酒店又推給別人，這人也不知道幹嘛的，給這人打電話，又給了司機的電話，又得再聯繫司機，明明外出在外本來就不方便，還要費這麼多事兒，索性你就別提供接站，跟前台説讓她給聯繫一下就非常不耐煩，一直催讓趕緊記電話最後還威脅我，到底要不要？！，我就想問問她在外面等高鐵能有那麼多時間快速幾秒記電話自己聯繫嗎？為什麼提供接站是為了司機更好的銷售長白山其他特色遊玩活動，都是跟酒店有關係的，到了酒店，定的房間帶什麼服務前台一律不看，甚至早餐票都不給，還是我自己還她要，她又重新查了一遍，才給，説剛都沒注意到！我就想問問，您是幹嘛吃的？服務人員工作態度惡劣，自己工作內容幹什麼的記不清，就會大聲嚷嚷是嗎？這是當時懶得跟她掰扯，要不必須投訴前台，都怎麼培訓的！
兩星都是給早點食堂的服務人員點的，尤其是食堂大爺人真的特別好，總怕不夠吃，如果沒這大爺，一星都給的多！從來沒住酒店給過差評，這是第一次，就為這脾氣大的前台！為你點贊👍🏿

訂這家你就慘了，地面從來不打掃，全是灰；房間一股燒烤味，晚上被嗆醒；停水也不通知，從早晨八點到晚上十一點才洗上澡；設施非常陳舊，有蟲子，有蟲子，有蟲子。
衞生：木地板，八百年沒拖地了，光腳一踩全是灰。
環境：下面全是燒烤店，房間全是燒烤味、油煙味，你就住吧，半夜嗆得你睡不着。
服務：住了兩天，第一天停水，前台什麼也不通知，起來無法洗澡，一天沒出去。來水後，酒店一直加壓加不上，從早晨八點一直到晚上十一點才洗上澡。
設施：非常陳舊，陳舊的床，陳舊的熱水器、花灑，陳舊的牆皮，還有蜈蚣和陰蝨。

我定的雙床房特別好，衞生乾淨，用具齊全，通風特別好，窗子大，環境安靜不吵不鬧，而且離景點和車站都特別近，可以點的外賣和吃飯的地方也很多，下次來還住他家！！！

這是我遇上的最差的酒店，房間狹小，衞生間更是小的可憐，坐在馬桶上頭要頂着牆，洗澡時轉不開身，還時常的停水洗一半就沒水了，水盆的水龍頭緊挨着水盆，洗手都很費勁！

2️⃣ 温暖貼心：細節到位：每天進出都能聽到親切的問候，諮詢周邊美食時，前台員工告訴了本地人常去的老店。
特別感謝前台團隊的，讓旅遊變成了暖心體驗。酒店設施雖不是奢華型，但整潔度完全達標，加上這樣的服務品質，性價比超高，下次一定會再次選擇如家！
