Room consider spacious but cleanliness needs to be improved... There was a bunch of hairs in the bathroom when we checked in
Location is very good as it is easily access to many attractions and full of eateries around the area
Hotel staff was not very friendly, when asked a few more questions, she gets a bit annoyed

The location of the hotel is excellent as it is close to many restaurants and parks. Service staff from the front desk, restaurant and cleaning are very friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. The front desk staff respond very quickly to my concerns and thanks to them I get to see the Heavenly Lake. The room is also very big and comfortable. Not forgetting to mention that the open air hot spa is wonderful too. Will definitely come back and also recommend this hotel to friends.

The service staff are very helpful and assisted me to buy the Changbaishan tickets when my WeChat app having problem buying the tickets. Also, after checkin i decided to change my travel plan to cut short my stay, after contacting trip.com, I received email they hotel agreed to refund 1 night from my booking even though it was not in the contract. Really appreciate the hotel and trip.com. Overall the hotel is good for individual visiting Changbaishan, located in the middle of town with plenty of foods restaurants within walking distance. Room is great too and I received a free room upgrade with breakfast, nice touch!

The location of the hotel is very good. It is in the core area of the tourist center. It is very convenient for eating and shopping. It is very close to the Merganser Park and Genting Market. The hotel's facade is not big. There are quite a few rooms after going up. The windows of some rooms are facing the inner hall and cannot be opened. The room arranged by the waiter is super big. The two 1.5-meter-long beds are very good. The only thing is that the smart toilet in the bathroom is not very good. The automatic flushing splashes everywhere. It is not adjusted well. It may be due to the water pressure. I visited the hot springs on the roof, but I didn't soak in them. There are not many pools. Maybe it feels good in the ice and snow!
