Location is not good , the hotel is located outside the city area so it really hard to find taxi.
The girl at the front desk is quite rude , no service mind, and no one can speak English
This should be 3 stars hotel, not 5 stars

The load is under construction to the hotel, cleaned hotel but hot spring is needed additional cost

I originally wanted to stay at Crown Hot Springs. I didn't want to drive up again after coming down from the mountain, so I booked this one. It gave me a big surprise! The service was very good, and the hot springs were also good! The key point was that the air conditioner in the room was so loud that it affected my sleep. The front desk decisively helped me change the room and upgraded it to a family suite. The service was great! The 900 yuan accommodation fee also included the hot springs, which was worth it! There were toys for children to play in the room, and the children were very happy
