Location is not good , the hotel is located outside the city area so it really hard to find taxi.
The girl at the front desk is quite rude , no service mind, and no one can speak English
This should be 3 stars hotel, not 5 stars

The load is under construction to the hotel, cleaned hotel but hot spring is needed additional cost

The hotel service is very thoughtful, providing pick-up and drop-off at the high-speed rail station. There are hot springs both indoors and outdoors, with more than 20 pools to choose from. The hot spring water is very comfortable. The lady at the front desk is very enthusiastic. It is definitely worth coming again!
