Location is not good , the hotel is located outside the city area so it really hard to find taxi.
The girl at the front desk is quite rude , no service mind, and no one can speak English
This should be 3 stars hotel, not 5 stars

The room was clean and sunny, and the accommodation was quiet and comfortable! The hot springs were refreshing, and the indoor and outdoor pools had different temperatures and effects, which was great! The breakfast was rich and varied, with both Chinese and Western food. The taste was excellent and exceeded expectations!
