Xin Da Le Resort Hotel

This is the first time I've given a bad review of a hotel. Everyone must read it carefully before deciding to try it. The soundproofing of the house is extremely poor, you can say there is no soundproofing at all. First of all, on the first day of check-in, the front desk made a mistake in the room I booked, so we went directly to the wrong room. The child used the toilet and ended up blocking it. When I went to the front desk, I asked if the room was wrong, and she said yes. Then they arranged for someone to come and unclog the toilet. But the doorman or security guard who came directly threw the toilet plug on the ground and said in a very rude manner that since you blocked it, you must come and unclog it. (Of course we could get through, but the attitude was really scary and disgusting). Secondly, there was only one very small bottle of shampoo and conditioner in the room (see Picture 1). My child and I both have long hair, so it wasn't enough for one person. I called the front desk to send two up, but they said there was only shampoo and no conditioner. There was no way, my hair was wet, so I had to use it sparingly. Finally, there was a bathtub in the room, so I took a bath at night. But the next morning, a creature of unknown species came out of the bathtub. It was terrible (Picture 2). I was so scared that I canceled the room I had booked for three days and didn't sleep well the next night. And the hot spring had two bathtubs full of people, and I didn't dare to take a bath at all. The breakfast was even more ridiculous. It was unpalatable, and who were you trying to fool with rotten fruit? I really advise friends who are planning to stay or want to stay to change hotels.

This is the first time I give a bad review. There are snack crumbs on the bed sheet, probably because the last bed sheet was not changed. The picture below shows that part of it has been removed. These are hidden under the pillow. If the child didn't like to sleep with the pillow, it wouldn't be so dirty. The air conditioner outdoor unit of 632 was beeping all night, and I couldn't sleep well at all. A very bad experience.

The area around the hotel is relatively quiet and the air is good. There are parking lots on both sides for easy parking. There is a restaurant on the first floor where you can order food, but the food requirements should not be too high. The room is oversized mainly because the bathroom is large and hygienic. The Ctrip page stated that the hotel has a laundry room. I called the front desk to ask where the laundry room was, and was confidently told that the hotel did not have a laundry room. Is this blatant fraud? Ctrip doesn’t care? There were a lot of group guests in the hotel. Before 6:30, the restaurant was occupied by the group guests. There were no seats until 7 o'clock, but there was very little food, not even an egg.

The service is good, and there is breakfast! I stayed for half a night and left without paying attention to anything else

The breakfast was all cold, the hotel's pick-up was not based on the customer's time, and there was no service at all. Avoid this hotel, it's not worth the price. The customer who took the hot spring said it was not a real hot spring, but boiled water, and the attitude of the staff was not good. This is the first time I have encountered such a speechless hotel.
