The bathroom fixtures aren't subpar, but they're far from worth the price. Cleanliness: The most annoying thing is the sanitation. The hotel's signature peacocks were defecating in the hallway, and the area wasn't cleaned up from the afternoon we checked in until 9:30 pm. The peacocks also stood on the dining table that night, so I didn't dare eat breakfast out of concern for the unsanitary conditions. Environment: The ambiance is acceptable, but there's an unpleasant odor as soon as you enter the lobby. The poor maintenance and sanitation are truly annoying, even for a beautiful environment. Service: The lobby staff are lazy, unprofessional, and indifferent to customers.

The cordial and serious introduction and service during the stay were impressive. The service staff of catering and private soup were also professional and serious. The hotel has a pick-up service. On the first day of stay, we caught up with the lobby happy hour for drinks and drinks, which made up for the lack of a minibar. Facilities: Complete facilities and good supporting facilities. There is an ice house in the hotel to experience, and you can also "stew yourself in an iron pot". The room type we stayed in this time is reasonably designed, with good lighting and vision. It is still spacious after adding a bed. The design is reasonable, the bathroom is separated into dry and wet areas, and the toilet shower is in a separate compartment with a bathtub. The peacocks that shuttle freely in the lobby and corridors, and the white and fat alpacas on the outdoor lawn make the whole hotel more lively and lovely. The taste and environment of the restaurant are good, which is worth another praise. Hygiene: The hygiene is qualified. The first feeling when entering the room is clean and tidy. The welcome fruit is also washed very clean, which deserves special praise. Environment: At the foot of Changbai Mountain, the vegetation is lush. The open-air hot spring pool is unique, the private hot spring is private and quiet, and the restaurant is by the river. Dining by the water is comfortable and outstanding. Suggestions: The breakfast may be in the off-season, the food is average, and it is not proportional to the room price. I look forward to improvement.
