The staff were very kind and we were impressed by their sincere attitude toward the guests. We booked the Gyegok trekking through Trip.com, but as foreigners, we had trouble communicating with the trekking company. The manager helped us, and we had a wonderful time that will remain a pleasant memory.
If we have the chance to come to Changbai Mountain again, we would definitely choose this hotel. The rooms are spacious, clean, and well-maintained. We are truly grateful for the warm hearts of all the staff.
Also, grilling skewers and enjoying a glass of soju in the hotel parking lot was an unforgettable delight.

長白山之旅，訂的酒店環境非常很好！！尤其提出客服董經理態度服務很好，也很專業，暖心周到，長白山的票我已經買不到了，但董經理幫我想了好多的辦法，終於幫我解決了門票的問題，真的特別感謝，要不，真是白來了！每一次發的微信都是秒回，且幫我解決了所有的問題。房間呢也特別寬敞明亮乾淨整潔，不光有有免費洗浴，還有室外温泉，停車場，早餐東北口味，非常好吃，性價比超高的一次入住體驗！還有要強調的是，這個酒店離長白山很近呦！

住了三晚，酒店安排了接送機，退房的時候還給了隨手禮。
每天晚上都能泡温泉，玩一天之後泡一泡真的很舒服。
唯一不足的是9點温泉就結束了，每天都要掐着點的往回趕。

五一出遊長白山入住雲水瀾庭酒店，添加了客服經理的微信，提前安排接站，有事會及時回覆，各方面都不錯，房間挺大的，乾淨衞生離店送了小禮物，體驗很好！另外酒店還有温泉服務，泡澡特別舒服😌
