The front desk replied very coldly: No. That's all. It was really disappointing. But it turned out that there was hot water in the restaurant on the first floor. This restaurant is open to everyone. It is right next to the front desk. The hot water is only two meters away. It is not an exaggeration at all. How did we find out? We went back at night and saw two young ladies eating instant noodles here. We asked where the hot water was. They pointed to the big kettle next to them, and we took cups down to fill it. Only then did we get hot water, and my throat felt a little better. It was a very disappointing hotel. (3) I don't want to give a bad review, but this attitude is really outrageous. The cold front desk of the hotel does not provide hot water, which is a normal thing. It also deceives customers.
