This hotel has great service! The driver was very proactive and patient, the restaurant service was enthusiastic, especially the front desk staff Xiao He (Lin?), who contacted us promptly after booking to understand and arrange the needs. He was enthusiastic, warm, polite, well-mannered, and very professional during reception. The hotel environment is good and very quiet. The room was tasteful and there was a well-prepared welcome fruit. Breakfast portions were placed on the table. The stir-fried meat was freshly fried, the dumplings were freshly cooked, and the porridge was hot. It was very rich and high-end.

Changbaishan Junlan Academy Hotel is truly an unforgettable stay experience! The hotel has an elegant environment and is full of the scent of books, as if you are in a tranquil landscape painting. The room is spacious and comfortable, with complete facilities, especially the long night view outside the window is refreshing. The housekeepers Xiao He and Tian Ye are warm, thoughtful and meticulous, making people feel warm. The hotel's dining options are also excellent, offering both local specialties and exquisite cuisine. Whether it is a vacation or a business trip, this is a great choice and highly recommended!

Excellent and very satisfied

Although we didn't rent a car, the trip to Changbai Mountain was very smooth. Thanks to Gao Yuting, the hotel's assistant, for making all the arrangements. We had a very pleasant trip. The pick-up and drop-off at the Changbai Mountain pick-up station and the distribution center were very service-minded. The hotel is very new and the room was upgraded.

The room is very big. The hotel housekeeper Tian Ye is very responsible and provides pick-up service from the high-speed rail station. The hotel has fruit plates every day and the service is quite thoughtful. I will consider staying here again next time

入住前一天管家小徐主動聯繫，全程幫忙預約酒店接駁車，以及各種權益。促銷買的兩日套餐儘管在暑假期間有加價，但還是挺划算的。酒店位置還不錯，去二道白河上熱門的景點基本可以徒步,打車不超過十元。贈送的温泉解決了又想泡澡又不想住在半山腰的問題。退房當天才發現酒店有養了三衹小鹿，可惜當天生病了不能投喂，衹能遠遠的看看它們，希望能儘快痊癒。酒店的工作人員態度友善有禮貌，下次來還會選擇君瀾書院。
