The hotel is very close to the distribution center and has a quiet and comfortable location. There's even a deer park in the courtyard where you can see the deer. The breakfast is plentiful, and the service from every staff member is excellent. The housekeeper is very attentive and responds to messages promptly. The hotel also prioritizes customer service. The rooms are well-equipped and decorated in a simple, elegant style. I'll definitely stay again.

The day before check-in, the housekeeper Xiao Xu took the initiative to contact us and helped us book the hotel shuttle bus and various benefits. Although the two-day package bought on promotion was priced higher during the summer vacation, it was still quite cost-effective. The location of the hotel is not bad. You can basically walk to the popular attractions on Erdaobai River, and the taxi is no more than ten yuan. The free hot spring solved the problem of wanting to take a bath but not wanting to live halfway up the mountain. I found out on the day of check-out that the hotel had three fawns, but unfortunately they were sick that day and could not be fed. I could only watch them from a distance, hoping that they would recover as soon as possible. The hotel staff was friendly and polite, and I will choose Junlan Academy next time.

The room facilities are very new, the bed is very comfortable, the bathroom is separated into wet and dry areas, the hotel's garden landscape is also very beautiful, there are deer to feed, the butler Wang Xuan has a particularly good service attitude, he is responsive and can solve problems in a timely manner. We ordered takeout when we were catching the train, and the delivery was a little late, so the hotel specially sent a car to take us to the high-speed rail station. The most pleasant thing is that the hotel has a VIP channel to Changbai Mountain, so we can go up the mountain in advance.

This is the worst hotel I've ever stayed in. As soon as I checked in, I found a construction site fence outside the room window. It was still under construction at nearly 6pm. I told the hotel to change rooms, but they refused because they were fully booked. After dinner, I returned to the room and found that the roof was leaking and the floor was full of water. The hotel sent engineers to fix it after a long time. The construction site started at around 5am, and it was so noisy that I couldn't sleep. It felt like I was sleeping on a construction site!

The room is very nice and clean!!! There is also a butler service, various pick-ups and services are very good!!! The toilet 🚽 is automatically heated, which is very smart!!! There is also a hot spring ♨, which costs 238 per person. Some rooms in the hotel come with it, which is very cost-effective. The hot spring is super good. It feels like being in the forest outdoors, and it is immersive~

This hotel has great service! The driver was very proactive and patient, the restaurant service was enthusiastic, especially the front desk staff Xiao He (Lin?), who contacted us promptly after booking to understand and arrange the needs. He was enthusiastic, warm, polite, well-mannered, and very professional during reception. The hotel environment is good and very quiet. The room was tasteful and there was a well-prepared welcome fruit. Breakfast portions were placed on the table. The stir-fried meat was freshly fried, the dumplings were freshly cooked, and the porridge was hot. It was very rich and high-end.
