Had the best time at Lyman Hotel in Changbai Mountain. The staff are very friendly and provided us A+++ services all through out our stay. We even had our laundry done in the hotel with no extra cost.
My husband is very very amazed with Mr. Robot who brought us our food delivery to our room. Will definitely come back and book with them. ❤️

Great location, the town is easy to get to for food and amenities, and the mountain is also easy to get to by cab. Staff were friendly and welcoming. Amenities are excellent.

This hotel the counter staff very friendly and helpful, because online communication problem , hotel not arrange pick up from railway station, but when we reach hotel , they give us upgraded room . The room is very comfortable. The staff also help us to book changbaishan ticket, for my handphone signal very weak can not login the app . Hotel have free Korea dress for guests to take photos,because they are good service and comfortable room we stay one more day. Thank you all staff for your kindness and friendly.

The hotel is a bit more than 10 minutes from the train station and overall it was a very pleasant stay. The rooms were equipped with all the necessities you could have and the personnel were very nice and available. They have a robot coming to your room if you order food or ask for something… very funny!
