Hotel is located away from the busy streets yet still within walkable distance to the nearby restaurants and shops. And it's really near to the Edelweiss park. Hotel room is clean and spacious. Had a really comfortable stay at this hotel.

Bed mattress in 2nd floor is too hard.

Hotel is located in Erdao Baihe town and was within walking distance to the attractions.
Room was simple, nicely decorated but despite it being pretty new, many of the controls are not functioning. Room was clean but not the bathroom as once we laid the floor rug, we could see all the hair stuck on it when both of us does not have long hair.
Breakfast was provided at a place 30m away and was decent for a rural area.

We upgraded our room. The room is large and has new facilities. It is soundproof and about a 10-minute walk from Genting Market. The Edelweiss base and reindeer park are right outside.

We were very satisfied with our stay, even receiving a free upgrade to a duplex room, allowing our son to enjoy the upstairs space all to himself. The ambiance was truly pleasant, the staff were friendly, and the towels and bath towels were all disposable, making them safe. It's not far from Genting Market and the Rice Station, just a ten-minute walk away. We had originally wanted to try Tianxiang BBQ, which was recommended on Xiaohongshu, but we called to find out it wasn't available that day because it was fully booked. Instead, we tried Hanshanfang Korean charcoal BBQ, located across from the Rice Station, which was also quite delicious. The small turtles in the hotel lobby were also quite interesting, and you could feed them.

After checking in, we reported a clogged shower drain, and the front desk promptly addressed it, sending a maintenance person to address it. The duplex family room we were given was spacious, but the stairs were steep and a bit shaky, so elderly and children should be careful. Overall, the service was responsive, especially for the hotel's recommended excursions (such as rafting and jungle motorcycle tours), which included a fleet of shuttles and pick-ups, offering excellent value for money.
