The first thing the waiter did when he came in was to close the window. I asked why it was so noisy. The waiter said that there were guests using hot water so there was noise. It stopped after 10pm. Later I found out that the noise had always been there. I asked if the air conditioner was not working and it was noisy outside. Can I change the room tomorrow? Because I had booked for 3 nights, the waiter told me that she did not have the right and wanted to see their manager. Then she asked me to call their manager myself. . I called the manager, who kept emphasizing to me that they were central air conditioners, not home air conditioners, and that they had to be set to the snowflake sign (I heard the waiter next to me saying that I had set the heating). Well, after staying in hotels so many times, I can't tell the difference between heating and cooling. Before I finished speaking, the manager planned to hang up on me. Their air conditioner needs to be set to 0 degrees Celsius and the wind speed to 3 bars to be effective. It is indeed different from other hotel air conditioners. In other hotels, the central air conditioner needs to be set to 21 degrees Celsius and the wind speed to 1 bar to be effective.
