酒店距離高速近，對面就是客運站，房間衞生好，環境好，被褥整潔，衞生間🚻乾淨，洗漱用品齊全，隔音效果好，窗外景色宜人，老闆人也好，服務熱情，給五星級好評！！！

1的確都是熱情的店員+老闆接送，但不是每次都接送，比較近的，飯店會請你自己打車，但已經很開心了（長白山車站來回接送+送到天池遊客中心❤️❤️❤️）

房間很乾凈，符合價位。最最超值的是：在春節，這個很難叫出租車的情況下，酒店可以負責：
火車站點來回接，
長白山北坡景點來回接，
飯店來回接。
如果在他們家代買魔界漂流的票，也可以來回接送漂流，還提供大衣。
超值了！前台美眉非常好！

春節期間來長白山玩，訂了貝殼酒店，到了高鐵站有師傅開車來接（提前聯繫酒店），特別熱情給拿行李，到了酒店也給拿行李，受寵若驚，服務特別好！酒店大堂裝修也很有特色，綠野仙蹤的感覺，到了房間很乾凈整潔，裝修也好，很温馨，有智能電視看，洗浴間乾濕分離很舒服，房間包括樓道都是地暖，很暖和。過年期間不好打車，酒店前台會主動問吃飯的話有車接送，去長白山，路上吃飯，回來吃飯都有車接送，服務真的太太太好了，還坐了別克商務車，寶馬車，這待遇真的絕了！

性價比高，小鎮內免費接送，還是很方便的就是有些時候很多人可能接送人員少，但還是很讚了。所有行程基本都在前台定，懶得費腦去找小紅書閑魚優惠了，前台能給的優惠很多了，拼車包車也可以聯繫老闆，還是很方便的。前台也給小夾子可以夾雪玩～沒早餐但是隔壁就是飯店，炒的菜很合胃口

服務：酒店可以免費接送站，到達和出發之前和酒店聯繫就好。
設施：很好，店裡一樓大廳有免費的熱水
衞生：很棒，都很乾凈
環境：離高鐵站很近，出酒店左手邊僅挨着就是一個早餐店，再往左走還有水果店和葯店
晚上打不到車，給酒店打電話問可不可以來接，酒店的司機都下班了是老闆親自開車來接的！離開前一晚發燒了在一樓打吊瓶前台的姐姐還幫我們掛吊瓶和拔針嘿嘿，總之是很不錯的一次住店體驗！
