Впервые в жизни столкнулась с отвратительной ситуацией - когда хотела заселиться в отель по предварительно оплаченной брони, мне в отеле заявили, что я должна оплатить отель, что они не получали оплату и вообще не работают с онлайн оплатой. Разбирательство с отелем заняло около часа. Меня не хотели заселять, требовали оплаты. Я связалась с сервисом бронирования, но у них были нерабочие часы, через другой офис сервиса удалось повлиять на отель, меня в итоге заселили, но никаких извинений со стороны отеля не последовало. Крайне непрофессиональная стойка регистрации в отеле!
Если не хотите нервотрепки, замедляйтесь в другой отель.
Хотя сам отель, номера и пр. вполне ничего

The hotel is reasonable. Some acommodations (the ones with pool view) are better than others. I stayed here twice and, in both times, the AC didn’t work, the telephone didn’t work (had to go to the restaurant in person every single time to order food), the lamp didn’t work. Service is unbelievably slow, and it can get you more than 60 minutes to get your food, so plan in advance! That all being said, installations are fairly good, particularly if you’re coming from the countryside and want to experience a bit of comfort. Food is delicious!

Un excellent séjour à l’hôtel Menabe – Antsirabe Mon passage à l’hôtel *Menabe* à *Antsirabe* a été une très belle découverte. Situé dans un cadre agréable, cet établissement allie *confort, propreté et accueil chaleureux*. Dès l’arrivée, on se sent bien reçu : le *personnel est attentionné, courtois et toujours prêt à rendre service*. Les chambres sont *spacieuses, bien entretenues et calmes*, idéales pour se reposer après une journée en ville ou sur la route. Le confort de la literie, la propreté des lieux et la qualité du service sont à souligner. J’ai particulièrement apprécié le *calme de l’établissement*, ainsi que la disponibilité du personnel. Le petit déjeuner est *simple mais très bon*, parfait pour bien commencer la journée. Que ce soit pour un *séjour de passage ou un week-end à Antsirabe*, je recommande vivement l’hôtel *Menabe* à tous ceux qui cherchent un lieu *convivial, propre et bien situé*. Un grand merci à toute l’équipe pour votre accueil et votre professionnalisme !

Nuestra experiencia en este hotel en Antsirabe ha sido inmejorable, tanto en calidad como en precio. El edificio es moderno y muy bien cuidado. El spa y la piscina son excelentes, ideales para relajarse después de un día de exploración. Las habitaciones son amplias y cómodas, con una cama fantástica. Sin duda, uno de los mejores hoteles de nuestra etapa de viaje por Madagascar.

Passez votre chemin... 3 X étoiles soit disant ! Nous avons normalement le choix entre bungalow "ventilé air du large, ventilateur ou climatiseur". C'est un 3 X étoiles nouveau concept : la clim est en supplément ! (+ 50 000,00 Ar) A ajouter au tarif de la chambre 175 000,00Ar tout de même ! Réservation faite par téléphone, pas d'information sur l'heure de check in (15:00) Personnel livré a lui même et Direction absente voire refusant de se montrer... Ajoutez à celà les (grands) étages (x 3) pour vous achever .. Beaucoup, beaucoup mieux ailleurs ! A fuir !

Ci sono stata 2 volte a distanza di una decina di giorni, durante il viaggio verso sud. L'hotel ospita manifestazioni locali, feste, matrimoni nella sala all'ingresso. Tali attività sono accomoagnate da musica ad altissimo volume, canti, balli ect. Poiché alcune camere sono al piano terra e altre al primo piano, il baccano è talmente insopportabile da costringere ad uscire dalla struttura. In entrambe le occasioni abbiamo trovato questa situazione. La camera era molto ampia ma umida e con un odore sgradevole. La colazione varia, ma nessuna attenzione alle allergie o intolleranze alimentari

Un des plus beaux hotels de tout Madagascar. Excellent bon rapport/ qualité prix. Hotel de grande qualité (chambre, literie, salle d'eau). Accueil chaleureux et ils feront tout pour vous satisfaire. Très bon petit déjeuner. Bonne restauration, seul bémol ( pas de vin, pas d'apéritif), dommage pour un grand hotel. Je suis allé plusieurs fois, dont avec des couples d'amis (14 personnnes). Je recommande Alain Marboeuf Nantes
