The hotel is fine, great breakfast, good view etc.... But the WIFI was a nightmare. They added so many WIFI restrictions, so I could not perform a video call via whats-app or perform teams meeting. Perhaps their WIFI network is so slow, so they probably intentionally closed the streaming or live calls, meetings etc. Also, when I checked in, I realized that the cleaning staff forgot to empty the trash can. I did complain, but all reception said, we can offer to empty the trash can now, which did not make since since I stayed there for one night.

A very nice stay, made even better by the excellent front desk staff. They were friendly and very helpful. Josseline was particularly gracious and assisted with my bus travel questions and other items. This made check-out a breeze and my stay in Antofagasta a smooth process.

Nice hotel but outdated. No coffee maker in the room, had limited mini bar, no glasses available in the room (had to call room service for glasses). Gym was closed for renovations but that was not shown upon making the reservation. I was recommended a nearby gym by the staff but ended up being a waste of time. They had no daily passes, only monthly or yearly. They were rude and not willing to help (Sportlife Angamos)
The hotel should have had an alternative for us, free of charge, for us to w/o.

Best hotel we stayed at when traveling through Chile. It was a pleasure, excellent attention, delicious, abundant and varied breakfast, ****** that you could see from the lobby, for those who have children and cannot enter, it is a very interesting taste. Close to the beach for walking and next to the promenade with restaurants. The pool was under renovation when we arrived, but it opened earlier and we took advantage of it, in addition to receiving compensation in the form of a voucher. Oh, the fixed price restaurant is wonderful and is definitely a must-see.

The entrance was very beautiful. Breakfast was sacred. The room had: Television, Terrace, Wardrobe, Desk, Coffee maker, A bed, there was no microwave. The bathroom was fine without a drain. there was ****** stuck in the hotel. There was also a gym with a treadmill, weights and a Pilates ball. It is close to the beach and restaurants

One of the best hotels I stayed in. I went for New Year's 2024. And super relaxed, spacious rooms and excellent sea view. In my opinion central and attention to1. And not to mention the pool.

The tables are expensive and the flavor does not correlate with the price, not to mention how long it takes to prepare them. The value of liquor is very cheap and attractive to reach the place. The live show always enlivens the sharing. However, in food they are left out
