The hotel is fine, great breakfast, good view etc.... But the WIFI was a nightmare. They added so many WIFI restrictions, so I could not perform a video call via whats-app or perform teams meeting. Perhaps their WIFI network is so slow, so they probably intentionally closed the streaming or live calls, meetings etc. Also, when I checked in, I realized that the cleaning staff forgot to empty the trash can. I did complain, but all reception said, we can offer to empty the trash can now, which did not make since since I stayed there for one night.

The best hotel we stayed at on our trips to Chile. It was a pleasure, the service was excellent, the breakfast was delicious, plentiful and varied, and the ****** was viewable from the lobby. For those with children who can't go inside, it's a very interesting experience. It's close to the beach for walking and next to the avenue with the restaurants. The pool was under renovation when we arrived, but it opened before and we enjoyed it, and we also received a voucher as compensation. Oh, and the fixed-price restaurant is wonderful and is definitely a must-try.

The entrance was very nice. The breakfast was sacred. The room had: Television, Terrace, Wardrobe, Desk, Coffee maker, One bed, there was no microwave. The bathroom was fine without drainage. There was ****** stuck in the hotel. There was also a gym with a treadmill, weights and a pilates ball. It is close to the beach and restaurants.

One of the best hotels I stayed in. I went for New Year's 2024. And super relaxed, spacious rooms and excellent sea view. In my opinion central and attention to1. And not to mention the pool.

For the price I paid per night, I expected much more. The rooms are comfortable but not cleaned properly; Musty smell, traces of tartar in the bathroom, somewhat dirty towels. The worst part, without a doubt, is the poor service from reception from the moment of check-in. Three people who were talking among themselves without paying any attention to the guests, bad disposition, with a bad face as if they were doing us a favor by serving us. Really disappointing. I will never return.

Excellent rooms, breakfast in "la barca" restaurant is good and the balcony has shade all morning. Good gym to do exercises. You can use the robe and slippers left in the room to go up to the spa, they are not mixed, and buy the shower cap on the same floor of the spa ($4000, although it doesn't fit very well for swimming in the pool). PS: the further south your room is, the sooner it will be ready for check-in, you just have to convince whoever is at the inn.

Spacious and clean room, with sea views, located on the fifth floor. With a comfortable, large bed. Special for resting, if it had not been for a door connecting with the adjoining room. You could hear everything. Very badly. I asked for change but the automatic response was that the hotel was full and it was not possible. That was what marked the experience. 🙁
