Lovely hotel, excellent breakfast, comfortable room, lovely staff, will stay again later his year. Stayed en route to Lake Atitlan and on the way back... organized a taxi for me back to airport. Can't wait for September....

Fantastic location and colonial look and feel. But other than that very uncomfortable. Mattresses hard as wood. My room definitely wasn’t the advertised 15 sqm, it was basically the size of a double bed. Rooms have a window toward the inside of the building, however those don’t close well and are covered with curtains which are way too small and let much of the bright hallway light through. Also it means other guests can see into the room from the hallway. The wooden ceilings make you hear every move of rooms and hallways upstairs. Breakfast only at one exact time (8am) instead of a time window so you have nothing if you want to leave a bit early

Excelente atención al cliente, tanto en la previa como durante la estadía, en especial del guatemalteco más escocés de ellos. Encantador edificio colonial, nuestra habitación standard era correcta aunque le faltan detalles en el baño, como ser una jabonera en la ducha y un enchufe para el secador de cabello. Buena ducha con agua caliente. Como todos los días salimos en tours muy temprano no probamos el desayuno que estaba incluido, pero siempre nos dieron un box con un desayuno básico, muy bienvenido. Su ubicación es excelente, a 100 metros de La Merced. Enfrente hay un minimarket con lo básico, agua, refrescos, tarjetas SIM prepagas, snacks. También puedes contratar en el front desk los tours y el traslado desde el aeropuerto de Ciudad de Guatemala hasta allí y de regreso.

Très bon hôtel ! Petit déjeuner complet et un lit confortable. Un bâtiment accueillant tous se qu'on attend d'un hôtel. La salle de bain et fonctionnelle et la vue est imprenable sur Antigua juste un ventilateur ou une climatisation serait bien venue! Merci beaucoup pour se séjour.

Nous avons été très bien accueillis dans la soirée . Les chambres sont très belles et l’hôtel a beaucoup de cachet. Bien situé au centre de l’animation de cette ville Personne très gentil et compétent et très arrangeante.
