The services was not the same at the check in as the previous time. I am glad I only got one night.

The hotel public spaces are nice. Check in was seamless with the front desk employees being polite. Our deluxe room was small - however the king size bed, with crisp bedding was really comfortable. The room was really clean - no concerns here. We booked this hotel for the spa and jacuzzi. It was disappointing to learn we could not use the jacuzzi unless a spa package was purchased. Breakfast was included with our stay - the food and service was spotty. If we booked this hotel again, we would pass on the extra cost to include breakfast. The location was ok, less then a 10 minute walk to the city square area. In closing - the hotel is nice but will likely try a different hotel on our next visit to Antigua.

Loved this hotel, stayed here for a few days and the staff was extremely friendly and accommodating, was also able to book a massage and it was one of the best massages I’ve ever had at a very reasonable price.

We had a great stay at Los Pasos! The staff are super welcoming and the room was very comfortable. Breakfast was delicious, with lots of options to pick from. The pancakes were my favorite!
The spa service was also amazing, the best relaxing massage I’ve ever gotten!

Hotel Los Pasos is a gem—beautiful colonial architecture, spotless spacious rooms, and a lush courtyard that feels like an oasis in the city. The staff are warm and attentive, breakfast is delicious, and the rooftop views of the volcanoes are unbeatable. It’s officially my go‑to place whenever I’m in Antigua Guatemala.

I stayed at Los Pasos for 3 nights with my family including two children and we loved our time here. The room very pretty, comfy, and well-equipped and the grounds were also beautiful. Included breakfasts at the restaurant and (paid) drinks on the roof terrace were fantastic. The location is very convenient.

we had an amazing stay the staff was incredible highly recommend! The spa is serene and very relaxing felt pampered through out our stay! The staff goes above and beyond to make you feel welcome and comfortable!

I liked the quiet yet convenient location as it is walkable to many key places around the city. It has a charm, & I liked that it has a rooftop deck with views. The staff are friendly & helpful. The food and drinks are ok.

We had a late check in as our room wasn’t available- the host in the reception area (young one wasn’t professional) - the room had a pipe problem in the bathroom; strong smell all night and morning
