Great place! It’s a small but beautiful hotel with the friendliest staff. The breakfast is superb! The waiters, front desk staff, the gardener, the cooks, they are great! Always ready to help you in any thing you might need! It has a lovely roof where you can take you breakfast or a drink. Really close to the center of the city.

Warm, friendly, kind and attentive. The staff here makes you want to move in. The rooms are clean, the view of the volcanoes from the upper terrace is a delight. With only a few rooms in the entire casa you won’t be waiting around with questions for very long.

Amazing stay! Very charming, comfortable, and service was outstanding. I recommend anyone to stay here and I will stay here again when I visit in the future. We arrived at the hotel and were immediately assisted and felt very safe. Breakfast was also delicious!

Really nice place to stay, everyone in the hotel is really kind and excellent hosts. I would for sure stay here again. The main suite is huge and beautiful. The idea of the hotel being a house is really unique and gives a feeling of tranquility.
