Motel was extremely clean and put together.. I was in room 24, it was older. But was very clean. The bed was extremely comfy to. No musty smells or anything. Nice comfortable quiet heat pump in the unit. I will have no problem staying here in the future.

This is a very cozy and clean place to stay. It was a quiet night, the staff were friendly and accommodating. The to-go breakfast is a nice idea, and plentiful - although ordering it the night before meant we ended up ordering way too much.. Plenty of towels, blankets, pillows provided, and whatever else you could think of. There's a restaurant conveniently located across the street for decent grub and beers.

The pre-check in form was excellent! Able to check in fully before we arrived and received a door code in advance. We were also able to pre-order our free breakfast, choose our menu items AND have it delivered to our room at a specific time.
I wish major hotels were as efficient and convenient as this. Great management!!!

Coastal Hotels appears to be a Nova Scotia "group"; this particular property would appear to be a prior motel building and renamed as a "Hotel". Room was not large but quite acceptable with one major exception - the fridge and microwave were positioned in the closet making use of the hanging space pretty much negated. The hotel offers "free breakfast" but with no dining room you basically go to the office to pick up your breakfast and then use the supplied toaster in your room to D.I.Y. The hotel is situated well outside town BUT there is a great steak-house across the highway for supper.

This was a road trip with three older women. The room was great with three beds. The carpet was a bit musty and the upholstery on the chairs stained. The bathroom was clean and the beds comfortable. The takeaway breakfast was great.
