Residence very well located where everything is doable on foot, the people at reception are all extremely competent, friendly, smiling and kind. However, the residence deserves a very serious facelift. The Premium name is overused. The common areas with the exception of the entrance hall are not very clean and even in some places very dilapidated. We had an apartment designed for 4 and very small for two! Barely 20 cm around the bed to make it impossible to get dressed in the room which is too small, the same goes for the ridiculously tiny bathroom! We get dressed and undressed in the hallway. But in any case it is not possible to put a chair in the room to put your clothes on. Even less in the bathroom This is our 2nd stay in this residence and this apartment is really too small. And very shady in January is not necessarily what we want. The equipment is complete and sufficient (for 2), relatively well soundproofed and quiet. The parking lot is very convenient, here too thank you to the person at reception for giving us a larger space (pmr). The residence being full upon our arrival (Italian holidays), we were unable to change accommodation, which spoiled our final impression. In short: a good location but an extremely small surface area, even with a bedroom, a need for painting and cleaning in the common areas, a top-notch welcome, A little suggestion if the people at p and v read me ~ couldn't you modify the digital code terminal at the entrance to the car park which is practically impossible to use without getting out of the car for proof just look at the traces of impact and paint left for users on the wall on which this digital code is fixed. And on the same subject, why do you have to enter a code to exit the parking lot? If we're back, it's good that we're residents 😊 Overall, it's good but it's small, very small, don't Don’t hesitate to take a 3-room apartment to have more space. But obviously it’s more expensive 🤔
