Located near the highway, it's convenient for visiting Perfume, Monaco, Menton, and Cannes! I don't know if it's because of the apartment, but the floor felt a little sticky and the furniture wasn't well-maintained. However, the breakfast was excellent. The breakfast room is a bit small, the pool is nice, and the room didn't have any odors! This hotel is a good choice for those looking for value and a low price.

The location isn't central but is excellent for getting around.
The cleanliness of the room and the building in general is terrible; the hallway is carpeted and smells foul.
Parking is free but is often full, and one floor was closed.
The room was really poorly maintained, dirty, and dated; it needs a lot of maintenance.

Clean apartment. beautiful and soundproofed., non-smoking, with a garden, you can enjoy the good weather, 2 bay windows one on the bedroom side and the other on the living room side.
Still want to walk in long corridors and take an elevator, with a good explanation upon your arrival, it will not be complicated to find your apartment.
