Hotel du Cap-Eden-Roc

We went to the hotel rooftop bar for cocktails before a dinner to calabrate a friend's birthday. It is truly a stunning hotel and the cocktails and service were fantastic. The view is second to none, if you can't afford to stay here, go for a cocktail, you won't regret it!

My husband and I stayed at the hotel for 2 nights . This is a wonderful hotel and we can not wait to return. At arrival, I was gracefully received by staff and ushered to the seating area and offered a very nice and refreshing drink. My husband who drove another car had gotten lost and I had arrived alone. After hearing that he was lost they enquired about his location and I was told that he would take another hour to get to the hotel so I decided to check in . The manager came personally and welcomed me to the hotel. The staff took me to the room and from there started and amazing two days at the hotel which we never left because why would we do that . Food is amazing, the grounds are gorgeous, the view is spectacular and the service is impecable from manager who recognises you and remembers your name to every single staff that we encountered. The tennis courts are wonderful to play in and the beauty salon staff is very professional. I didn’t get to try the spa and this is another reason to return. I have stayed in many luxurious hotels around the world but this one really has the touch.

We just returned from a 4-night stay in a deluxe one-bedroom suite. Everything was pleasant. However, nothing was extraordinary. In fact, there was no welcome bottle of champagne. At 8400 euros a night, we expected more. When my wife inquired, she was told that was only for special occasions. They did end up sending a bottle. However, should have not had to ask. While the room was spacious, the shower was tiny. I could not even move my head out of way to shampoo. We were offered green juice at the first breakfast without being told it was 24 euros a glass. Grounds were beautiful. The much-hyped spa was merely ordinary. No great facilities in spa. Therapists were good. Housekeeping was good. No major complaints. just did not feel like the Hotel did anything magical to justify both the reputation and price.

We’ve been here four times and it just gets better every time. Beautiful is just inadequate to describe the hotel. The pool, the tennis courts and breakfast overlooking the Med. Though when we first came in the 80’s, it was a bit snooty, now the service is impeccable. Friendly and professional. Brought some friends last time and we just soaked up every minute of our stay. Can’t wait to return!

We came yesterday for cocktails and dinner and were dressed accordingly to the occasion . We felt being constantly checked by security even for only taking a picture on walkway down to the restaurant. I am aware that you need good security measures, but it felt very excessive. It made us feel unwelcome. The security is far away from being charming and helpful which would make a difference. In the end the guests pay the salaries!

It’s really hard to put this experience in to words. If there was one word for it : AMAZING. From the very first second you enter through the gate and enter the property you have a feeling you’re in some type of movie. The staff is above and beyond fabulous. The spa and pool area are just as brilliant in real like you see it over the internet. The food is superb! I felt very welcomed the moment I got out my car. All expectations were reached by miles. The lovely lady on the reception Anne - Sophie was highly professional and so very friendly. She went out of her way for all my needs during my stay. I had wanted to stay at this hotel for many years and when we finally went this year it absolutely did not disappoint. The rooms were absolutely fantastic. We arrived to find beautiful long stemmed roses, chocolates and fresh fruit in our rooms. The rooms are immaculately clean. The service of each and every person there is above and beyond. The pool and area over the mediterranean was just stunning. The Extensive grounds were some of the most beautiful we have ever experienced. Our only disappoin**ent was our dinner at the Louroc Restaurant. Three of our party are vegetarian. We informed the restaurant of our dietary restrictions three days before our meal. We were extremely disappointed by the quality of the vegetarian food presented.

Had a lovely stay in early June! This property is one you always read about and their beachfront is one of the best we have experienced in Europe. We took our breakfast down by the water each day and it was delicious with gorgeous views. The front row seats at the pool do fill up quickly, so recommend going early. Their water front had a large area netted to keep out jellyfish, a diving board, ropes course, floating rafts, which were all fun to enjoy.
