I had the absolute worst experience at this hotel in Antananarivo! The room was filthy, and the staff were rude and completely unprofessional. To make matters worse, there was no Wi-Fi at all, and the water stopped in the middle of my shower! When I asked for help, no one did anything. The hotel reeked of cigarette smoke, and the staff couldn’t care less. But the worst part—when I complained to the manager, an aggressive man, he actually called the police! It was insane. I was taken to the police station for no reason and kept there for 6 hours. No one spoke English, and I was terrified. They even tried to take me to another location, but I refused and demanded they call the US ambassador. This was a nightmare! Avoid this hotel at all costs. The immigration police came to inspect the place, and even they confirmed the conditions were horrible.

Highly recommended! Ask for room 26 in the annexe. We felt quite safe going in and out as there's always someone around. Our room was large, cleaned daily, light, quiet and airy with all mod cons. Big bathroom and shower. Strong aircon. Anything we asked for, we got within 30 minutes! The restaurant was superb -- people came from outside to eat and it got quite crowded. Very pleasant breakfast rooms and a beautiful shady courtyard garden. Very central-- turn right, walk 5 minutes up the hill for the park, tourist information, taxi rank, cinema, major banks and 2 supermarkets, the city centre. Lovely friendly helpful staff -- after staying for 9 nights we felt quite tearful saying goodbye! Would love to stay there again.

The hotel is rightly located. Food aweful. service below standards, staff dont have any respect for guests, shouting and talking loudly. The facilities in room 103 was non-existant, broken door, broken shower, no water in toilets, fused light , etc...

Je suis vraiment deçu car les photo de la chambre sur votre site ne corespondet pas avec realitet. Le prix trop chère pour de chambre pas propre ni de qualité . Les escalier son petit c'est une catastrophe pour ramener les bagages. Je ne recomend pas cette hôtel
