We stayed with my wife for five days.the rooms were new and clean... breakfast was beautiful and varied. thanks to it being close to everywhere, we found the possibility to visit all the places to be visited... also considering the price, I think it was too successful for that price.. Personnel are very laughing and helpful... We met their owners in our second day, very naive and kind people... I think you will meet your expectations more if you want a clean and economic holiday for a tour.

Perfect holiday trip from cold London! The service staff has a good attitude and is very enthusiastic. The hotel has rich food and the outdoor swimming pool is also at a constant temperature.

Stay away from this hotel! For those who want to enjoy their holidays, I strongly recommend to stay away of this so-called “hotel”. Here is a brief summary of our experience: • Nice Rooms but with noisy air conditioning and extremely loud refrigerator. • No sound isolation in the walls or Windows. You hear normal conversations and barking dogs like they are next to you. • Worst of all the Hotel is just next to a dog shelter with 20 or more dogs. This was written nowhere and the dogs start barking and wake you up as early as 6:00 in the morning. Regardless of being an animal lover, sleep is almost impossible to come by here. • The owner is extremely aggressive and hot-headed, not hesitating to make threats and even resorting to physical intimidation. • Kind Service staff but unreliable. • The breakfast was a bit mediocre, no buffet or choice. Longer Version: When we spent our first night at the hotel and were awakened at 06:00 in the morning by barking dogs, we decided to inform the Receptionist about it and kindly asked for an early checkout. We initially tried to find a solution with the receptionist, who showed understanding and attempted to negotiate so that we would only pay for 2 out of the 11 nights. She assured us that it is no problem and was very helpful. However, after much back and forth and one really low ball offer (200 of 850 Euros) they offered to refund 470 850. That was not ok since we only stayed for 2 nights. So, we tried to explain that they have the responsibility if they don’t disclose their proximity to a dog pound but that we would be open to meet in the middle price wise. They said no. We told them that this was not making a good image for a review and we finally had to agree to the deal and got only 200 Euros and the rest in Turkish Lira because they didn’t have more Euros. Disappointed with this compromise, we returned to our hotel room around 22:00 to prepare for our next journey at 03:00 in the morning. Which the reception knew about. Since we couldn't find another hotel that same evening, we stayed for one more night, which ultimately turned out to be a grave mistake. At 11:30, there was a knocking on our hotel room door. They wanted us to pay 20 Euros for the Shuttle service from earlier. My husband told them we would pay it at 03:00 when we do the check out. The guy agreed and said good night. At 11h45 someone knocked at the door again but my husband was under the shower and shouted “I come down tomorrow, ok?”. The guy stopped knocking. Then the situation got crazy. A bit midnight(!), when we were finally in bed, they started pounding on our door extremely loudly and violently. After some hesitation, my husband opened the door, and the owner was standing there with the receptionist and another guy. He verbally attacked him and physically intimidated him. we stayed in Konak hotel, it has excellent location it’s in the heart of Kaleiçi with walking distance to everywhere, staff are friendly and rooms are good. one bad disadvantage about the staff they can mislead you for advice, they advised me to go to pamukkale on our own to save money, than we ended up paying twice than with organised tour. Breakfast was good, all home made fresh turkish food. not all rooms are good, we first had small room, than we requested another big one, this was good but all toilets are so small. overall, it’s a good place for low budget holiday.

The hotel was comfortable, central and clean. We were attended to very quickly and well upon arrival at the hotel, despite our late check-in. The hotel is well insulated from noise. The day we arrived it was the final of the champions league and from the room you couldn't hear the street parties. The room is spacious, clean and comfortable. The most remarkable thing is the comfort of the bed! The bathroom is spacious and with all the amenities replaced every day. highly recommended

One of the best hotels for the money. Clean, excellent breakfast, friendly staff and convenient location. Recommend highly. Wish had more time to stay there.

You can cook, the environment is very good, very new, and the service is average. The first day was the last hotel with no room to recommend it. I stayed for a day without cleaning the room, and stayed for another day without cleaning until noon, and there was no toilet paper. The key is that the front desk and the room are not together, otherwise they will ask for it, and they will check out decisively. If they are cleaned, they may still live. This boutique hotel is clean and staff there are very friendly. My room was the garden view room. Which is on the ground floor. There really isn’t a garden but a little outdoor area where you can smoke. The bed was comfortable but it is really strange that they only offer you a top sheet on your bed and no blankets. The bed is raised on a concrete platform which is the same color of the floor. I tripped over it a few times, getting in and out of bed. They could have painted the platform a different color and still maintain the minimalist look. The breakfast is very good. The breakfast area is nice. The location is close to Mayden Tram station. There is really nothing around the hotel. Taxis are readily available and it satisfied my needs for just 1 night on a late arrival.

Lovely hotel which is spotlessly clean and modern with big comfortable beds. The staff are very friendly and greet you with a big smile and are willing to help with local information etc. Breakfast has ample choice of hot and cold food. Threre is a well equipped gym. The hotel is conveniently situated for the tramline to and from the otogar and airport. It is also very close to IKEA. Very happy with our stay and will be back !
