This hotel is currently closed for refurbishment. We were not informed of this before travelling, and didn’t find out until arriving at the wrong hotel. Please read my review of our terrible experience on arrival below. It deeply saddens me to recount the significant challenges my family and I faced with TUI/FIRST CHOICE during what was supposed to be a memorable holiday. Upon our arrival, we were confronted with a series of distressing miscommunications and mishaps that left us feeling stranded and utterly disheartened. After enduring an hour-long wait to retrieve our baggage, we encountered immense difficulty in finding the designated transfer bus, as we received conflicting information from multiple TUI representatives. This confusion only exacerbated when the bus driver took us to the wrong hotel, causing an immense amount of stress and upset especially for the children and elderly in our group. When we eventually arrived at the Sherwood Exclusive hotel, contrary to the booked Greenwood Resort, our exhaustion turned to frustration. While the concierge at Sherwood Exclusive was understanding and accommodating, the situation had reached a point of mental and physical exhaustion for all of us. The lack of proper communication and organization from TUI/FIRST CHOICE was deeply disappointing and led to a severe dampening of our holiday spirits. Furthermore, the disregard for my brothers serious nut and egg allergy concerns is unacceptable and poses a serious risk to your well-being and safety. This negligence is alarming and adds further disappoin**ent to an already troubling experience. Subsequently, receiving an app message from TUI/FIRST CHOICE 2 days after arriving suggesting that the original hotel we booked was not open upon our arrival, as well as the discovery of the hotel still being available for booking on their website, raises rightful concerns about the integrity of their operations. The emotional distress, uncertainty, and frustration we experienced, compounded by the lack of adherence to our allergy and safety preferences, have left a lasting impact. We felt unsupported and let down throughout the entirety of our experience. This experience has led me to make a formal complaint to TUI/FIRST CHOICE and to seek further recourse through the TUI after care team. It is my sincere hope that they will take your feedback seriously and work towards improving their services in the interest of future customers. I must express my disappoin**ent with the level of service and care we received, and it pains me to say that I cannot in good conscience recommend TUI/FIRST CHOICE based on my experience. The lack of communication, disregard for our well-being, and the immense distress caused has left a lasting impact on us. I truly hope that my experience will serve as a catalyst for TUI/FIRST CHOICE to reevaluate and improve their processes and level of care for their customers moving forward. First time here, was on my own very relaxing, as it was early May was fairly quite, enjoyed so much I’ve convinced my other half to go next year but end of May as everything should be up and running

The cleaning staff stole two t-shirts and a pin badge from our room, the pin was on our luggage and the shirts were drying on the chair, our neighbours found out they likely had items stolen too. We didn't have a do not disturb sign (which would've helped prevent the above) and reception stubbornly refused to give us one Air con in the room is extremely poor and the fridge didn't work half the time The WiFi is terrible, you can barely get a connection and when you do it's not very reliable The buffet is a mixed bag, some average options but if you're vegetarian or like to know what exactly you're eating then it's very poor (If you're vegan then it's abysmal). One night, I had "stuffed artichokes", most of which were stuffed with vegetables but I happened to pick the ones stuffed with mince meat for some reason, I felt very sick the next day The entertainment at night wasn't for us but I saw a few people enjoying it (an a lot that didn't), it's mostly for kids so the adults will end up checking out of it quickly. You will hear "Baby Shark" on a nightly basis, no matter where you're staying in the resort If you're hanging around the pool then be prepared to be upsold different experiences (for example, massages) on a daily basis by the same people, even though previously you've told them "no", they are annoying persistent The pools are basic but you can have a decent time and the slides are pretty fun Some of the staff, like the bar, pool & restaurant staff are really friendly Overall, while it might be good for kids, there's likely better options nearby with a far better chance of not hearing "Baby Shark" every night

Our room was disgusting, I was expecting a turkish experience and I got only Russian songs, russian menu , everything was for their Russian clients, food except the dinner the rest was everyday the same thing , room clean doesn’t have an hour, one day its 8.00am next day 14pm or 15pm can’t plan the day when get out and when can rest, the personnel always angry and maltreated from their managers, never again Turkey and never again Luxair

That was amazing holiday, all the team are very happy to serve and we have good experience. I want to mansion the animations team, they have a lot of amazing ideas and they make the vacation very good and enjoyable.

Otelde sürekli, çeşitli, lezzetli yemek var benim çk üstünde durduğum bir konu hele şefin yaptığı incirli kayısılı bir et yemeği vardı hala tadı damağımda. Odalar konforlu diyebilirim sorun yasamadık. Akşamları animasyon ve canlı müzik eğlence. Barda her türlü içecek. Rakı hazırlamasını bilen barmenler hakikaten hiç kısmıyorlar calışanlar ve güleryüzlü. Denizine ayrıca bayıldığımı söylemek isterim:) önümüzdeki yaz yine gi**ek istiyoruz ancak bütçemizi zorlamıycak bir fiyat alabilirsek. Otel yabancı ağırlıklı ama yerli müşterileri daha çk görmek istediklerini söylemişlerdi. Keyifle ailecek güzel bir tatil geçirdik ve tekrarını yapnak istiyoruz tşkler greenwood ailesi:)

Entertainment team - amazing bunch of people, and very friendly. Always go above and beyond to help with anything you need, day and evening. helped to make your stay very enjoyable. Bar staff - brilliant, friendly and so very hard working. Food - poor, same every day and night. Not set up for the English diet. Cleaning - very poor, beds not changed in 2 weeks. Balcony, and bathroom not cleaned in the 2 weeks. Reception - very poor and don't even speak English.
