Great hotel at a perfect location, right in front of the train station, Murat pasa, directly opposite the large mall with shops, eating places and entertainment. From the hotel, there are many many Ottoman and Roman historical monuments, mosques and other places of attraction. It sits on the road of high Street which contains many shops and eating places, and bazaars. The harbour and castle are also very near. Muratpasa mosque, built in 1570, is only 3 minutes away, so convenient for those who which to pray at a mosque and hear the call of prayer from the hotel. We were only there for two nights, before we relocated to our resort. It was only about 20 minutes from Antalya airport, so was convenient after a late flight from the UK. The staff there ready to welcome you. Some staff also speak Arabic. They were helpful with any inquiries. The breakfast which we added on was basic but very good. It was served in the restaurant located on level 1. We had the best sweetest watermelon ever! There were a range of breads, salads, eggs, and cereals. It was clean. The staff member there was friendly. Our room was on the 6th (top) floor. Which was good for a nice view. You could see the tram right below and the mall right opposite. The rooms were spacious for our family of 5. It looked like it was freshly redecorated as I could smell fresh paint. The air conditioning was very good once you figure out what the symbols mean (unless you understand Turkish or use Google translate). It was neat and basic. The fridge wasn't on when we went but (imo) that would be a waste to run an empty fridge, but once we were there and the key card was in, the fridge cooled our drinks pretty quickly. There is a 'Turkish' double kettle and complementary tea and coffee. A highly recommended hotel for a sight seeing holiday. Great value for Money.

Excellent, very central location. The front desk staff were friendly and accommodating. The room featured a comfortable bed and modern decor. The breakfast spread was varied and satisfying.

Start Hotel is in a great location for trams from the airport with a stop right next to the hotel. Hadrians Gate and the Marina are a short walk away. The beaches at Konyaaltı are a local bus ride away. The hotel is being renovated so some evidence of building work is present. Nice bed and good sleep so all good. Breakfast average.Big square shower head fitting in bathroom is a face height and a worry in my opinion

Booked this hotel last minute as first hotel booked was absolutely atrocious. Checked in 20 mins into booking the hotel. Beautiful and spacious rooms. Friendly staff, they have a valet parking service where you just leave your keys at reception and they sort out the rest. Highly recommend. Though the breakfast could be better. For instance a toaster, more variety of drinks such as juice. But other than that would definitely visit again.

Booked a deluxe, they tried to sell me a room with a terrible window and a closet that covered half the window (206, I think) They try to do this every time (I've stayed with them before) Everything in the rooms is old, but generally working. It's very dirty around, it used to be better. There is underground parking - that's a plus.

The hotel is very new, an apartment-style hotel under Marriott, with large rooms, the smallest one-bedroom and one-living room, and high quality! It is a 15-minute walk from Hadrian's Gate, which is a suitable distance for walking, considering that parking is difficult in the old town. The hotel is a 20-minute drive from the airport and provides free underground parking spaces, which is suitable for guests who rent a car. The hotel breakfast is good, and the restaurant provides 24-hour coffee and Turkish black tea. The restaurant has a semi-outdoor veranda, which is especially friendly to smokers. The front desk service was also very good. They proactively provided the Turkish/English addresses of the surrounding ancient cities and museums and indicated the driving distance. The only small surprise was that I couldn't find the hotel according to the navigation destination. The phone number given on Ctrip was also a recorded message. I had no choice but to contact Ctrip customer service and was asked to wait for them to contact the hotel. During this time, the hotel called back. After asking the guy in the roadside repair shop to communicate our location with the hotel front desk, I was told that it was just 200 meters along the main road. As we walked forward, the hotel sent someone out to find us and take us into the lobby. Because the surrounding area is a residential area and the map positioning was wrong (both Google and Amap were wrong), I wandered around for nearly half an hour and was planning to cancel my reservation for another hotel. Fortunately, the hotel had found us before Ctrip, so we checked in smoothly. After observing the B&Bs in the old town and the hotels in the seaside resort area over the past two days, I didn't see any international chain hotels. Most of them were locally operated. I am very glad that I insisted on this hotel. Highly recommended!

Excellent hotel and friendly and professional reception. He gave me a lot of information about the city, flexibly let us check in early and showed us where to get bus tickets. I felt a lot of kindness compared and I instantly extended my stay in this hotel. Would recommend to all.

There was a night flight to Antalya, it was necessary to spend the night and then to another city. The hotel is relatively close to the airport, not expensive, there is breakfast - a great option for rest, so as not to travel at night, but to rest after a long flight. For breakfast there is everything you need to refresh yourself. The room consisted of two rooms with three beds - ideal for a family of two adults and two children. We liked everything!

I stayed at the hotel for 2 nights, the rooms are nice, the girls at the reception are always ready to help, a very good breakfast, coffee and 2 bottles of water in the rooms. Tea and water are available all day. Don't expect super cleanliness, but everything is quite good)

A decent hotel five minutes from Mark Antalya shopping center. Clean, comfortable, pleasant to be. Very convenient for those who chose Antalya as a transplant. Pedestrian you can reach the night bus stop at the airport. In the room safe, refrigerator, fan, teapot and belongings, water.
