A small but relevant hotel in general

Остановились с семьей в этом отеле на одну ночь. Очень приветливый персонал на ресепшн, отличное расположение отеля в Ларе. Рядом много кафе, и супермаркетов. До моря пешком минут 10. Хороший район, развитый, при этом не шумный. В отеле отличный завтрак шведский стол. В номере чисто,кровать удобная. Шикарный вид с балкона ,видно море. Пляж хороший, с ребенком купаться удобно. В общем, всем довольны.

Everything about our stay was excellent. We returned to akra for our anniversary celebrations, akra being aware of this looked after us and our occasion everday.from decorating our room to gifts of drinks ,cakes,and a keepsake gift was left in our room on different days,the hospitality was 10/10 both times,starting from the location to staff and all the facilities the hotel has to offer was absolutely amazing.the firness area as well as the spa sauna ans swim was a real treat at the end of our day.the hotel maintans its high promised standards.we loved it again if im third time lucky to visit antalya, akra would defo be my place to stay,the location is perfect,within reach of everything a tourist would need..booked up and stay.im sure you will have the same to say.

They have two buildings, and our room is assigned to another building, not the one in the photo. There was a door that could not be opened between our room and the next door. The noise was very loud and the next door could be heard clearly. The corridor tastes great (newly renovated) The above is the disadvantage. The advantage is clean and tidy. Above, not recommended.

The hotel was clean and luxurious. We liked it very much, even though it was our day job, we were satisfied. The staff was friendly and attentive. We checked out half an hour late, they did not mind. It was very comfortable and clean. I definitely recommend it.

Отель неплохой, единственно что вечером музыка мешала. Персонал добродушный, номер убирали через день, пляж отличный, атмосфера прекрасная. Соверую.

Amazing hotel with the best staff employeed. They are always happy to help and talk with the best smiles so you would miss them when you leave like they were your friends. Rooms are pretty good with all amenities provided however a little small. Special thanks to Mahsa, Sinan and Natali for making over stay wonderful.

The only formal five-star hotel I booked during this trip. I booked it for one night right away after seeing someone recommend it. I felt the service was good at first. I got the valet parking service as soon as I arrived at the hotel. It was also very convenient to pick up the car, which I could get in about three minutes. There were staff members who helped push the suitcase, but I didn't ask for it in the end because I had to stay in the lobby for a while because of some things. The hotel's swimming pool is very beautiful, and you can even take the elevator down to the platform on the minus 2 floor, from which you can go directly to the sea. The color of the sea is rich in several colors, which is very beautiful. The next day, there were many kinds of buffet breakfast, but I was treated unpleasantly during the meal. I asked for an omelet, and the waiter said to wait for three minutes. Normally, I would go to get it after three minutes, but I didn't get it after waiting for a few minutes. I pointed to the waiter and asked if it was mine. The waiter answered yes, but the next two were given to others, and I got angry at that time. I also reported this situation to the front desk when I checked out. When guests order, if they have something to do, they will normally remember it first and then do it one by one. Besides, there was only one person in front of them at that time, and he arrived only 10 seconds earlier. The front desk said they would report it to the manager of food & beverage.

The room is so small that there is nowhere to walk when the luggage is opened. But the hotel's own beach is invincible! ! This room is totally acceptable for the beach, hahahaha. It's not expensive to eat in the hotel's own restaurant

I wasn't expecting this many facilities at this price. Value for money 10/10. Never seen anything like that before in this price.Go for all inclusive,there are 3 buffet meals and many other things going all the day.The buffet were very good , Extensive menu in buffet meals. If you need anything in the room ,they will help you within 5 minutes.
