I'm staying right now in this hotel and I'm certainly disappointed and shocked. I was about to have a shower but the bulkhead shower was out of place. I tried to place it properly and it wroke down instantly The hotel made me pay for a new one 152,56€ as according to them it's my fault and I must pay for it. Of course without any invoice; just a post-it note I certainly find it inappropriate as I understand that the hotel must have an insurance to cover these issues... Moreover they changed the room and in the new bathroom the bulkhead shower was not properly installed either. According to the receptionist in the facilities the hotel opened up a few months/weeks ago but certainly they didn't put much effort in making it with care. In this new room (room 206) "with a recent facelift" there had many defects as you can see in the attached photos and videos: Shower with not proper pressure or the shower head not properly working, damp on the ceiling, dislogged door frames, broken furniture, plugs not assembled properly, bathroom not properly cleaned, unsafe cables, the shower faucet moves, the bathroom plug for the hair dryer doesn't work, walls have scratches, not properly assembled lamps... I'm contacting booking in order to be sure that I should pay for the repair it the broken bulkhead shower as I think the hotel must have an insurance and should get my money back. However, if you read this review before it is deleted; I hope it helps you to choose another hotel and have no unpleasant surprises!! Regarding the location is great!! And the staff that attended us; was friendly and helpful and he was just following orders from her boss.
