Absolutely disgusting hotel. Didn’t shower there as it was filthy. Room wasn’t cleaned and rubbish including food was under the beds. The floor hadn’t been washed for what looked like months . Breakfast very basic and beds around the pool were broke so no where to sit . Photos on line must have been yrs ago wish I’d took more photos. Out of 10 I’d give it a 0

TripAdvisor liers. They tell you this hotel classed is 5 star whereas the reality, It is a tiny old building in residential area without any star ratings. Needless to say any bad thing about the hotel as it is honest business and they not charging the world for their rooms. You get what you pay for

We only spent 2 nights there as we were in transit, but it was clean, quiet and close to our points of interest. The appliances were functional, we slept comfortably, we weren't disturbed. I was a bit disappointed not to find a mini fridge in the room (I've been to Turkey more than 10 times in different locations and this was a must!) but I can't remember if it was advertised or not when I booked, so I didn't complain about it. We didn't try the food and drinks from the hotel therefore I can't evaluate this, but all in all we had a pleasant stay, definitely served our purpose. Thank you!

1) They checked me in inside dirty room 2) Nobudy clean room 7 days, even after I ask about it 3) After I spoke with manager he said to me "Cancel your reservation if you don't like the hotel" 4) Nobudy speek english, even manager. He said, If I need something then I need to translate this for him on turkey 5) No laundry service, but in web site it is 6) Rude service 7) Technical difficulites. Socket torn from the wall 8) Dirty bed sheets

I'm a travel agent in Bangalore India and I booked a 10 day trip around Turkey for my clients (a couple and their sister). We booked 1. a hotel in Istanbul the turkoman- tiny and more like a homestay with only a few rooms, but great location, then 2. the ladies beach residence in kusadasi and 3. the family cave suite in goreme Cappadocia. No complaint about any of these. All had great reviews.The hotel shuttle pickup was not immediately located on arrival at Istanbul so there was a little delay. In spite of the language barrier all the hotel staff went out of their way to assist when the group was too tired on the day of arrival to undertake the bosphorus cruise. In kusadasi the hotel staff helped them to advance their bus trip to Antalya by a day. I'm Cappadocia again the hotel staff advised them to change their tour to an easier one based on activity level for their age. The only hotel which is never to be recommended and should be removed from the list of recommended places to stay was in Antalya. The villa Granada refused to let us book through the hotel booking portal and insisted the clients pay directly on arrival. This was very inconvenient and most unprofessional.

Denize mesafesi ve uygun ücreti dışında güzel olan herhangi bir özelliği yok odalar pis ve bakımsız musluk lar bozuk ve İlgililere iletilince bile ilgilenen yok havlu lar dan çarşaf lara kadar her şey aşırı pis ilgisiz çalışanları var böcekler fink atıyor asla bir daha gideceğim bir yer değil boşa para ödemeyin kapıdan girince ortada gezen iki köpek var siz kahvaltı yaparken her yere tüyleri saçılıyor kahvaltı çok özensiz odada buzdolabı yok istedik getiren de yoktu

Personnel sympathique, malheureusement le nettoyage laisse à désirer en particulier dans la salle de bain.. hôtel vieillot . Même pas de bouteille d’eau dans la chambre. Il est prêt de l’aéroport donc très bruyant. Hôtel qui fait l’affaire pour 1 nuit, quand on est de passage.
