Finally escaped from this hotel. As a Ctrip Gold Diamond member, I have stayed in so many hotels. This is really the first time I give a bad review. I can say responsibly that this hotel is not recommended at all.
Facilities: The comments show that it was renovated in 2022, the air conditioner fell off, the wall was cracked, the sound insulation was very poor, and the sound from the street and even the next door could be heard clearly. After the air conditioner is turned on, it takes at least an hour to slowly cool down, and the temperature cannot be adjusted by itself. As for the room, it can only be compared to a birdcage. There is only one chair in a three-person room, which is very cramped.
Environment: It has a first-line sea view, but I don’t understand why a sea view balcony is so small. The hotels and residences in Antalya have large balconies, but this one can’t accommodate people and can’t stretch their legs. It’s difficult for people to even sit to hang two pieces of clothes
Service: This is really eye-opening. The front desk of the hotel is very hidden, behind a restaurant, so we spent a lot of time looking for the entrance. When we parked at the door of the restaurant and finally found the front desk with the attitude of asking for directions, there was no greeting like welcome or hello. The waiter kept frowning and said that we couldn't park at the door of the restaurant. Later we found out that the so-called parking lot of the hotel was a place similar to the construction site in the photo, with a gravel road surface. It was a long way from the hotel. Unlike the front desk of other hotels, no one took the initiative to help guests load their luggage. When we asked if we could make two door cards for us, the front desk glared at us impatiently and said "no".
