The girl that worked in this hotel was more then rude.When tried to talk to her she said no English .Without any explanation she was pushing me to sign visa receipt, which I signed because she was pushy. When they showed the room where we needed to stay I almost had a panic attack because the room has very very small window, I felt I was like in tunnel.I didn’t feel comfortable to stay in that room I asked the room with normal size of the window .They called someone who speaks English he said I have to pay if I want the room with windows . On the internet the price for the room was the same as the one I paid for. I tried to show them on the internet the price they didn’t want to look at it.I was was very disappointed with their behaviour and ended up crying.At the end they told me you have three choices: to stay in this room; to pay more to have better room or we will give you money. I gave them visa card and told them I want money back. They just ignored me.I came back tomorrow asking them why they didn’t accept my card , they told me that they cannot refund me today as the offer was for yesterday . They advised that *******, told them: “we heard your and her(mine) story we don’t know what happened, do not pay her(me) .”I contacted ******* and they told me that they are still waiting for response from the hotel.
