We have been in June for transit one night and we chose this hotel due to location from Antalya airport. The AC was blowing hot air and despite of it was inspected by recipient he pretended it was cold air. We couldn't sleep whole night. In addition the elevator was stinky abd the room floor not clean. We shocked at morning the restaurant is closed and no breakfast while it is included in our reservation. Never back and don't recommend this hotel at all.

It's my first and last visit. No breakfast,no Internet were provided,when I was booking it said all those services were included. So don't expect it upon arrival,as you will be disappointed like me. But location is very good.

There is no privacy here. With our permission, staff enter our room to perform maintenance tasks, even while we are sleeping.

The hotel is dated and needs renovating. Staff not helpful, in fact rude.
Breakfast is open 7:30, coffee machine was not working, I waited until 8:30, then approached Reception staff, who openly srated,I am Reception the lady is Service Staff not technical service, in return I stated that I am a paying guest and would like a coffee with my breakfast. I had to ask him to ask someone to make me an instant coffee. Not offered.
Pool water was green, all the sunbeds were filthy, also all the outside pool area had rubbish everywhere, as can be seen from the fotographs attached.
