It was nice but the towels were a little dirty. Other than that, we were satisfied as always.

We found this facility on the Trip website because it was close to the airport. While making a reservation on the site, we searched for the option of 2 people and a 14-year-old and a 12-year-old child. When we paid, we were charged as 3 people. When we went to the facility, we were asked for an additional fee of 50 euros for a 12-year-old child. If you divide it, it is not worth 50 euros. In the end, we could sleep comfortably. We paid 1300 TL for a 12-year-old child to go to the room because we had a flight in the morning. Afterwards, we encountered a sofa bed without a bed in the room, so one seat can hardly sleep for 1 person. Afterwards, we objected and the reception suggested that we sleep on the sofa bed of the room where there are no customers. We accepted it helplessly. It's 4 o'clock and we still can't sleep. We will be at the airport at 7:45 in the morning. Your rest break was a disgrace. We will take a shower without sleeping and go to the port. If the facility accepts customers at 00.00, there should be people in charge of reservations and authorized people. If the bed is not enough, an extra bed. There must be someone to give. Even though Mr. Murat at the reception was desperate, he still tried to do something, thank you.

Great hotel, but only if there is transport. Clean big room, delicious breakfast, great pool. Of the minuses - prices in cafes in euros are an order of magnitude higher than in ordinary places, the ergonomics of the rooms are not thought out - there are no hangers for towels in the bathroom, there are no dishes.

Nice hotel, not very good location

All modern rooms with air conditioning and. There is a hair dryer in each bathroom and toiletries such as shower gel. Thee is restaurant /bar by the pool which is open from 07.30am the staff there were excellent. The staff at the reception were always very helpful they let us leave our luggage with them at check out time as we had a flight in the evening. They even let us stay around the pool and restaurant for a few hours before our taxi picked us up. Came here on a honeymoon this was the 1st time my wife has ever gone abroad and she loved every minute of it. Thank you veranda suites and all the staff working there.

Hotel is absolutely amazing, rooms and pool were spotless. Around hotel very tidy. All staff were caring and polite, nothing was to much trouble. Breakfast was the perfect start to the day, such variety and choice. Special shout out to Cihan and Ridvan Quiet and relaxing atmosphere. Highly recommend

I stayed here with my dad for a week. Very clean and well kept. Food was great and swimming pool was always clean. Rooms are all fitted with air conditioning and well maintained. Compliments to Chian & the waiting staff, great servers and very friendly!

Room was well cleaned, pillows good with good ventilation. Reception staff were friendly and welcoming, staff and restaurant were approachable, helpful and ready to assist with any requests. Only downside was taking 2 days to fix problem with TV, but will still visit again in future and recommend to anyone

I stayed here with my Granddaughter for six nights because she was having some dental work done. We stayed in a split level apartment which was very spacious. The room was very clean and the bed was very comfortable. The maids came in every other day to clean he room and they changed the towels and the bedding. There is a lovely big TV, however, no English programmes. There is a large balcony off the bedroom overlooking the pool with a table and two chairs. There is a small bistro which on site which serves the breakfast. It was a little repetitive, serving the same breakfast every morning but it was adequate with yogurt, plenty of fruit and warm scrambled egg and a choice of Turkish trimmings. There is one evening menu that did not change, however we sampled most of it and it was very well presented and tasted alright. The pool was large and kept very clean. The Verander suites offer a free shuttle service the the local beach (you wouldn't want to walk there as there is a very busy carriageway to navigate. The property also offers a coupon for a free sunbed and umbrella on the beach. On the negative side, I found it strange as these are self catering apartments, there ware no items in the kitchen cupboards and drawers i.e knives, forks, spoons cups, plates and cooking utensil. There is a kettle and paper cups but only supplied wooden sticks to mix your tea and coffee. Croissants would have been nice at breakfast, but only bread was available. The card machine in the bistro very rarely worked and they kept asking me to put it on my room, I did not want to do that so I went to reception to pay. When I checked out there was a charge for a round of drinks that I refused to pay. This was not problem as they just said OK no problem. Location was a 10 minute drive by taxi into Lara. No restaurants within walking distance. Overall a very pleasant stay and good value for money.

Had a great time, room is clean foods great and staff are fantastic Pool gets the sun all day from 6am till 7pm. Kid friendly and loads to do around the apartment’s Miray was lovey she always went above and beyond to help myself and other guests 10/10 for a chillled relaxing break 🌹💚

The suites are perfect , the staff are so friendly especially izzet and sahin at the bar , huge compliments to the chef the food was amazing, I had the chicken penne , and wow it was superb. Looking forward to coming back in November , I would absolutely recommend this place . 5 stars
